Makarova, 20/2, I was chased from one building to another, arguing that they had no free space for me until I got to the so-called Arctic sanatorium. Finally I was strengthened and even allowed to have breakfast. I thought my troubles were finally over. But it was not so.
When I went to the doctor, he told me that my diseases are not treated here, but diseases of the musculoskeletal system are treated, so he cannot prescribe me any treatment. Although the list of diseases in addition to diseases of the musculoskeletal system included pancreatitis, chronic prostatitis, diseases of the digestive system, and noted that the sanatorium has a urologist and ultrasound. I was sent to the senior nurse, and she to the chief doctor. They all unanimously explained to me that they could not prescribe me treatment, so they would not treat me. And then I was told that I had to pay UAH 50. for breakfast. I gave 100 UAH. , and when having asked delivery, it became clear that in this sanatorium also delivery isn't given. And this is a Chernobyl victim with a pension of UAH 1.300. It went on until evening, and they never decided what to do with me. Talking to the administration of the sanatorium, I had the impression that they want me to pay them extra.
After five hours of wandering with nurses, sitting under offices, deciding to go home. I was afraid to stay the night because I didn't know how much they would take from me during the night. When I was asked to return the ticket and the accompanying documents, I was denied. I left them an empty spa book (in five hours I was not assigned anything, not even prescribed basic procedures such as massage, or bath, or aromatherapy), took my things and went home. As a result, I spent about 400 hryvnias on the road. , 100 hryvnias for breakfast, nerves and an hour. But it is not a matter of money, but of humiliation and despair. Someone must be responsible for this. I leave this review of my stay so that people can bypass the PE "Resorts of the Azov Sea", namely the sanatorium "Arctic".
