Therefore, we decided to start our trip to the Center for the Culture of Wine and Winemaking (Shabo) and the Belgorod-Dniester Fortress with a trip to the sea near Gribovka.
And what, although it is September 23rd, you can check it... (I'm talking about the sea)
Beach in Gribovka - travel is free, there is enough parking space along the coast, "nakhalstroy" (we have such doubts) in the form of coastal cottages, the passage to the sea left, so everything is great.
We were very pleased that those who, like us, wanted to check the water, this time it was 0.00 - we were alone on the beach.
The air is the purest, the sun is the brightest (as we left Odessa, it was raining, and it was hot in Gribovka), water - 18-20 degrees during the day pleased us with all shades of blue: from standard to indigo and flowers from the azure coast ( and why go somewhere if we also have one) and then back to the standard colors of the beloved Black Sea!

It's nice at the sea, it's warm, but it's getting dark. . .
And the rain was drizzling - we moved on.
In the direction of Belgorod-Dnestrovsky, there is Shabo Wine Culture Center, the main goal of which is to increase the culture of consumption of noble drinks, which (Center) is located on the territory of the Shabo winery, which, in turn, is located in one of ancient wine-growing regions (Shabo), whose traditions were laid down in ancient times.
There are several options: you can go on a tour of the Factory (with and without product tasting) and visit the Museum, where you will be told about the history of Shabo, about the first settlers / settlers and the formation of Shabo as a wine-growing region.
We recommend everyone to go on a tour - we were several times, we really liked it!
There is also a company store in front of the entrance of the Center, where the entire range of the winery's products is presented: sparkling wine, table / dessert wines, vermouth, sherry ("women's cognac") and cognac.
Opposite the Center (just across the road) is a small restaurant "Shabsky Yard".
This time we did not go on an excursion - we decided to rest in a restaurant.
The atmosphere is conducive to relaxation, imperceptibly for us, the time just flew by.
The very territory of the restaurant and how everything is done there immediately shows the love for their work.

Prices are not very low, but not very high either - everything is tolerable.
We stopped for a light afternoon snack, because we need to go further to the Belgorod-Dniester fortress, so we took Chardonnay, ice cream and coffee, and the ice cream is not very good (with pieces of ice), everything else was great!

Separately, you should pay attention to the restaurant hall on the lower level - down the stairs, just a grotto - what a beauty!
Our advice, if you come here in winter, is to go to the grotto: the feeling that even the walls of natural shell rock are warm: they warm. . .

Firstly, you can look at the ruins of the ancient Greek city Tyra (Greek Τ? ρ α ς ), located on the right bank of the Dniester estuary (Tiras), on the site of the modern city of Belgorod-Dnestrovsky.
And also take a sightseeing tour of the Belgorod-Dniester Fortress (Cetatea Alb? ) (until 1944 - Akkerman Fortress).
Belgorod-Dniester Fortress- a monument of history and town planning of the 13th-15th centuries. It is one of the best preserved on the territory of Ukraine. Its size exceeds all similar fortifications in the country. The total area of the fortress is 9 hectares.

So that time we didn’t go - it was expensive, but this time we were late....the door is right in front of us, oh the gates of the Fortress were closed, hmm... We went on a tour...
But it doesn't matter, given our previous excursion for today (I mean the shop in Shabo), we did not lose heart!

Opposite the main entrance to the Fortress there is a small cafe - they tried to decorate it in ethnic style: it turned out not bad.

True, the service and general attitude are not very good, so the cobwebs and dirt, which seemed to us at the beginning of the style of the institution, turned out to be a manifestation not of design, but of attitude to everything in general. . .
At the same time, the food is very tasty: hot dishes are cooked in the air, salads, greens, garnish (potatoes), homemade wine, tea - everything is very tasty and inexpensive.
