The toilet is just awful, the shower is also a weak pressure of hot water, out of five shower "cabins" - only two work, the water on the floor drains very poorly, one mirror in the shower for so many vacationers. My wife rested here in 2017, so nothing has changed since then, no one has done toilets and showers, and probably will not. I understand that this is an economical option, but we are already living in the 21st century, it should be better. There is no entertainment on the territory, there are two barbecues (free) you can open a barbecue, but only three gazebos. The sea is dirty and warm, the beaches are not cleaned of jellyfish, there is no toilet on the beach.
The staff is different, when they settled the cleaning lady was a little rude, and when the lock on the door broke, it was repaired without any questions, the staff in the dining room is friendly. In general, you can relax, but I will not come to this base.

If this base positions itself as for a quiet family vacation, I would recommend reconsidering the contractual relationship with Gandel. . . well, this is my personal opinion. . .

Thirdly: either we were lucky, or there really is a treatment against mosquitoes at the base, but they really didn’t exist! In general, there are many pluses. It can be seen that the owners of the base are not indifferent to the opinion of vacationers. Director Alla Valentinovna is generally smart and "in her place. "Always listens and helps whenever possible. There is a nurse at the BO, which is also important. We lived in a building, living conditions are good (but in large rooms), I heard reviews in smaller rooms that it’s a bit crowded together, except that a mother with a small child will be comfortable. But the balconies are cool - wide, with tables, the view of the sea from them is wonderful. We were a little unlucky with the maid on the floor, but that's it. A big minus for me personally is the presence of a bar in the BO "Berezka" Sunrise, there until the morning the music yells, and in the morning "thugs" with obscene language. In general, it's stressful. And in general, everything is super!!! Thank you all for 7 days of great vacation!! ! See you soon! Have a good rest!

Attentive staff, clean area and beach, plenty of water activities, no mosquitoes in June, excellent three meals a day, secure parking. In Genichesk, we walked with pleasure and bought new things at the clothing market, a wide variety of smoked and dried fish for lovers of inexpensive (by Russian standards) and various Ukrainian beer.
