On the Arabat Strelka - this is the best hotel, as there is something to compare with. The hotel is located in the center of Gengorka, so it was convenient to the beach, shops, markets and entertainment. The territory is spacious, the playground is good. The room is comfortable, the bed was changed every three days. We asked for blankets and they gave us no problem. But the most important thing about this hotel is that it has its own kitchen. Not common, but your own! There are few places on the Arabat Spit where you can find such hotels so that you can cook yourself at home and not share a stove and refrigerator with anyone). We went to Rose Lake. It was amazing, I never thought that there are such beautiful places in Ukraine! Azov Courtyard is now our family hotel, and this year we will definitely come again!

A place to stay was chosen on the Internet. Like everyone else, there were certain search criteria: location relative to the beach, the presence of a store or bazaar, the territory of the hotel, comfort in the room, price.
Now in order.
Territory. This is a private hotel with a small but sufficient territory, the territory is closed, there is a combination lock on the gate, there are no strangers, the territory is clean and tidy, there is a playground on the territory, several gazebos with decent tent coverings (enough for all vacationers), an area with good barbecue facilities, administration, you can buy firewood for the barbecue (it turns out cheaper than buying coal in a store), the central paths are lined with paving slabs. The administration staff are friendly, any request or any issue was resolved immediately on the spot, in a word, there are no complaints. There are no discos and noisy bars nearby, so it's quiet. Twice a week for children, the administration holds animation with music and different games, the children liked it, everything is very fun. There is no parking for cars as such, but all cars are right next to the fence of the hotel, there is enough space. It's an alley so no one bothers anyone.
About the number. On the territory there is one three-story new building with rooms, there are also separate eco houses and other one-story buildings with rooms. We describe the rooms in the new three-storey building: they are one-room suites with all conveniences. Considered as a luxury. WIFI is. The room is bright and spacious, designed for four people with the possibility of delivering an extra bed (euro folding bed). Shower, toilet, hot water, air conditioning, TV is in every room. Good, complete furniture. Each room has a balcony-kitchen-dining room. You can cook yourself. The balcony is made so that the neighbors do not interfere with each other and do not look at each other. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, absolutely decent, induction cooker, sink, refrigerator. There is a table and chairs on the balcony. Designed for four people (we asked for another set of appliances and a high chair. They brought it without any questions).
About the shops and the market. A grocery store, a liquor store and a tobacco store are located 50 meters from the hotel. They have an assortment of everything you need. The prices are the same as in the supermarket, hryvnia-two difference. Bazaars with vegetables and fish are located on two sides of the hotel, about a kilometer from the hotel and one and the second. We traveled by car as needed.
Road to the sea. On the Internet, the ad indicated 5-7 minutes to the sea. With three children, taking into account the fact that we crossed the road (there is a pedestrian crossing, a zebra), we went to the junction, it turned out exactly 8 minutes from the hotel gate to the beach (the video was filmed along the way, it turned out 8 minutes). The road passes through the territory of the birch base.
The price for a quadruple room + one extra bed for a child, we got 1350 UAH per day (5 people rested).
And now the cons. As for us, they were not. Perhaps someone will be minus the lack of food at the hotel, we cooked ourselves or ate set meals in a cafe on the beach (it came out to about 100 UAH per person, this is the first, second, salad and drink). The announcement on the Internet indicated that the linen was changed every five days and the room was cleaned every three days, but in reality this is not the case, maybe it was necessary to tell the administration, but we did the cleaning ourselves (the children took turns sweeping the sand that they brought from the beach, here and all the cleaning), about the bed was 10 days, so somehow survived without a change of linen. Perhaps the lack of a pool on the territory is also a minus, as for anyone. That's all, there are no other shortcomings.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest in the "Azov Yard", we recommend it. If we go to the Arabat Spit next time, we will stop here.
