We rested in Comfortable in August. We found the hotel on the Internet. There are only positive reviews on the official website. On the plus side: one of the best beaches in Arabatka, clean, there are awnings and sun loungers, a decent toilet, with a washstand, soap and toilet paper. The road to the beach is fenced. The territory is immersed in greenery and flowers, there is a pond, a playground. The food is good, quite tasty. Relatively inexpensive. Now for the cons: the living conditions are disgusting!!! The summer houses look well-groomed from the outside, but inside. . . The cheapest wallpaper hastily pasted on, the ceiling is crooked, the beds are creaky, the windows are wooden. The bathroom is a separate issue. Rusty and moldy plumbing. The smell of sewage permeated even with the door closed. The tap water smells like swamp. Ants crawl on the tables. Some midges fly in my soul. The Dnepr refrigerator, when turned on and off, rattles so that at night I jumped with fright. Conder hums quite loudly. It was very uncomfortable to be in the house. We will not come here again. I hope the hotel administration will take into account our comments.
