Most disliked:
1) the fact that there is no soundproofing.
We lived in a comfort improved house (two-room). And if you could hear only what is happening in the next room, you can hear wonderfully everything that is happening in the next house. The walls are empty inside (((. In general, either constantly ask the neighbors to talk quieter on their porch : ) the children of the neighbors run and make noise in the house : )))) or forget about lunch, morning and evening sleep. And the second is more real))) it is quiet only from late at night until early morning.
2) for children, you can make a normal playground
3) air conditioning in our room is weak
4) WIFI catches badly
5) the doors to the room were not changed after the repair. They are old and not very reliable. It is dangerous to leave valuables in the room.
LIKED:
1) The absence of noisy establishments on the territory. (Although you can sleep on an idle night : ))
2) The beach is clean, you can see what is being cleaned. Close.
Since the sea here is shallow, it is ideal for children. The water warms up quickly.
3) Loyal and polite administration and management. Fits himself.
In general, I want to come back here. The only thing that still confuses the lack of peace due to the lack of minimal sound insulation : (
