My wife and I last visited this hotel in 2015. The service was top notch out of 10. I posted the appropriate review. To date, the situation has worsened. Firstly, the air conditioner does not work, i. e. does not cool, redecoration of the adjacent territory this year (no renovation of the paint coating), everything around is rusty, the railings on the balconies have not been painted since the opening, there are no hooks for towels in the toilet room, there is no toilet paper, cobwebs are not removed on the balconies, cleaning the rooms are not produced, the floors in the rooms creak.

Mosquito nets either have large gaps at the edges or dangle, half-torn off. Equipment in the room does not work (TV). Dishes are missing (there used to be a kettle and dishes). The room also has cobwebs and spiders. The lighting in the corridor does not light up in parts. In general, the issue price per room is 800 UAH, but in fact it should be 500 as a maximum with such a service. Therefore, I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
