We rented 3 adjacent rooms on the ground floor, having previously written off directly to the hotel, we were provided with an invoice for payment and further confirmation that we had paid for everything on the all-inclusive system for 12 days. We also arranged a transfer from the hotel. And everything would be great and only the most pleasant impressions about this hotel and its staff would remain.

As a result, the fact of theft was confirmed to us by letter, 2 options were provided:
The first is they offer us a room for 2 weeks with an all-inclusive package
and the second is to wait for the money for 6 months.
We wrote that we choose the second option and that we are waiting for them to confirm the official confirmation of the refund in 6 months on their letterhead, but they refused us this, therefore, the trust in them completely dried up.
