I went with a friend to this hotel. Since the decision to vacation was sudden and quickly decided to take a hotel that quickly confirms the reservation. And it was a big mistake. The hotel workers are good. But the food was simply terrible, the first day we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, after that we only went to restaurants and other hotels to eat for money, since it was not possible to eat. And believe me, I’m not being picky. The hotel room was dirty and it was not cleaned. The doors to the room were such that if you blew on them they would fall off. The mattresses were hunchbacked, my back was in shock in the morning. The water in the shower was barely warm. The light kept disappearing. The towels are 10 years old, washed out and dirty. The beach, which is supposedly near the hotel, is not near the hotel, you had to go to it, and besides, it was all a boat port, that is, you cannot swim there, or between boats. No matter what they say that this is Africa and almost everywhere there, this is not true. But there is no territory as such at all.
The hotel did not provide towels for the beach. We checked into the hotel on November 21.23 and after staying a couple of days, they wrote to the tour operator to change the hotel because they couldn’t cope with this dirt. On 11/24 we moved to another one which was 5 minutes away and it was just super. We moved to a hotel with one less star and it was the best decision, all these catastrophic problems disappeared. And everyone who has been to this hotel will never really say that this is a good hotel. Every day there were guests at the reception with complaints. And by the way, the air conditioner didn't work either. There are hotels with the same price but much better
