Our family of 4 stayed at this hotel from 29.06. to 05.07. 2018. Choosing a hotel, we were guided by the location and price. Apart from the good location, this hotel has no positive points.
Once in the room, they were surprised by its size: there were three beds and one bedside table in the room, there was practically no passage between them, only one person could "squeeze" between the furniture. Two single beds and one and a half for 4 people! When we checked in, there was no fridge in the room. After the request, they put it on us, but unfortunately, it was leaking and there was always a puddle next to it. The closet is small and empty inside, no crossbar, no hangers, only two hooks. The hotel and the room are dirty, under one of the beds other people's dirty underpants were dried. There was no ventilation in the shower and all the moisture and smells went into the room. For four people they brought 1-2 towels and did not put shampoo at all. Therefore, I had to communicate with the receptionists several times every day, and going down personally, since the phone in the room did not work. After asking to fix the phone, they brought us another broken one.
The sockets in the room were torn out, only one was working, so they charged the phones in turn.

The breakfast is disgusting: there is nothing hot, only cheap cuts, the same thing for 6 days, the dining room is very small, literally for several tables, there was not enough space for everyone. In addition, the dining room also served as a utility room where the hotel stocked toilet paper and detergents.
Upon arrival home, to our surprise, it turned out that the hotel canceled our booking on booking. com due to no-show guests. We were unable to prove otherwise and leave an honest review for tourists.
Almost no one speaks English in the hotel. Russian-speaking Shohrat explained to us that the cleaner does not understand what is required of him, and therefore towels and shampoo are not reported to us.
