Hotel service is a disaster. Especially cleaning. Shampoos and gels used by other visitors were waiting for us in the bathroom upon check-in. There was a tuft of pubic hair in the sponges. There were not enough towels and cups for all the people. There was no drinking water in the room. The floor was poorly vacuumed, there was small debris on the floor. After we asked the maid to replace the shampoos used by other people, the maid Anna did not apologize for the poor cleaning of the room and slammed the door.
We had breakfast included. But we never ate at the hotel. On the buffet table lay only dried sausage and vegetables.
