I have been working in tourism for a very long time and have never seen such a terrible attitude towards customers, when I arrived at the hotel in the evening they told me to pay, which I did, as soon as I paid me, they said that there were no rooms and they could put me in a bedbug when I started to resent and said that I would not live in another hotel, they told me that they could return the money and I could go to all four directions. The administrator was very rude, he said that they resold the rooms and I can live either where they found me a room or go where I want. The time is 23.00, but no one wanted to resolve this issue, so I strongly do not recommend this hotel, since you can be accommodated not in a hotel, but in a shed. I wrote to the hotel a few days before arrival that I would be there after 22.00, the hotel wrote in a letter that they were waiting, but as it turned out, no one was waiting. I will never recommend this hotel again!
