The administrator was very rude, he said that they resold the rooms and I can live either where they found me a room or go where I want. The time is 23.00, but no one wanted to resolve this issue, so I strongly do not recommend this hotel, since you can be accommodated not in a hotel, but in a shed. I wrote to the hotel a few days before arrival that I would be there after 22.00, the hotel wrote in a letter that they were waiting, but as it turned out, no one was waiting. I will never recommend this hotel again!
