I won’t describe more horrors, I don’t even want to remember this hell and a sleepless night, I’ll say that the next day we moved to another hotel. Fortunately, the tour operator was on our side, otherwise we would have called the police for sure. If you want to ruin your vacation, go here. All the good reviews about this hotel are lies! Do not look at the rating on Booking, that's how we got burned. Don't repeat our mistakes. Have a great holiday everyone.
