I told the administrator about it, even the owner came, posing as an unknown person, with the administrator they unanimously defended the cleaning staff. On the last day, just before departure, straight from the hanger! A new shirt was missing from the room, and a bottle of mineral water was missing from the storage room, where I left my things after the room was vacated - I found this at home. I asked to extend the room for a late check-out for a day for an additional fee! , they didn’t extend it, like all the rooms were bought out, but at the same time, several rooms were free on the site. In addition: the furniture is dilapidated and burned in places with cigarettes, the condo works the way it wants. They can easily turn on the puncher at 8 in the morning; wi-fi works sometimes bad, sometimes very bad, sometimes mediocre; gored minor breakdowns - one thing, then another, as if I came to this hotel to protest. The food is good, the buffet - you won't stay hungry if you arrive on time. The rooms are tiny, all the pictures are taken extremely skillfully. From the photographs this is a cool hotel, in fact - a three-star kennel. The owner had the audacity to take a hall for a currency exchange, but not to reflect this in the photographs. During the week that I lived in this hotel, the owner in the cafe next to the hall arranged gatherings with friends. And in general, in reality, everything is somewhat smaller and worse than on the site. Try not to ask at the reception how and where to get there, because in this way you give yourself away with your head, all the staff know how long you are away. I advise you to appear suddenly from time to time. Keep all bags locked. And in general, do not forget that you are in Turkey. For the money you can find a better hotel, we had time to spare.
