Inside the hotel, the corridors are not lit and there are no hot dishes at all in the dining room of the hotel. Therefore, a maximum of 3 *.
But, in order.
1. Settlement. Checked in immediately upon arrival at the hotel. Filled out questionnaires. And we were given the keys to the room - two electronic cards. After a couple of days, both cards stopped working and we had to contact the lobby again to get into our room. Upon check-in, it turned out that slippers in the room were only for one person, the air conditioner only works for heating, which does not correspond to a 4 * hotel, someone has already used drinks in the mini-bar, there were open bottles. At our request, a second set of slippers was delivered and the leftovers in the bar were replaced with new bottles.
2. Bathroom. Does not correspond in size to a 4 * hotel. The area is miniature. In the shower, I barely went crazy standing up. There was no way she could bend over. The toilet seat was split (photo). Constantly clamped the skin while sitting to the blood. It was replaced at our request.
3. Soundproofing. Absent at all. A kitchen and storage room bordered our room through a plasterboard partition. The fuss behind the wall kept waking us up an hour before breakfast. In addition, the windows of the room overlooked the minaret. And a few minutes before sunrise, the amplifiers on the minaret raised us every night to the morning prayer. And so 5 times every day.
4. Electrical appliances. The sockets in the room were torn out of the walls and hung on wires. So that we would not be killed by electric current, we called the master to install them in place. The TV has a 19 inch screen. And it's on a low table. Since there are no chairs in the room at all!! ! you can only watch it from the bed. But the screen is visible only to one person, the second has to watch while sitting. There are a little more than 30 channels on the TV, but only one in Russian, and that one shows with distortion of proportions. As a result, all people have alien faces.
5. Furniture. Pretty old. There are no chairs at all. There are no bathrobes in the wardrobe. The windows overlook the noisy street and the garbage heap.
6. Dining room. This is a complete pip. Everything that was not eaten at breakfast is put up for breakfast the next morning. Nothing is thrown away. As a result, drying feta cheese covered with slime, moldy fruits (photo) are in the plates. And as a result, food poisoning in customers. Instead of walking around the city, you will sit on the toilet for days. Cutlery is washed poorly (photo). Remains of food are not washed out on them. There are no hot dishes at all (! ), Which does not correspond to 4 *. Every day I told the staff about it, but the next morning the same thing happened. The size of the dining area does not allow for all customers to be accommodated and they have to wait for a seat to become available.
7. Staff. There are no Russian speakers in the hotel. There was only one person who understood Russian speech. Upon arrival, I asked the manager how the mini-bar was paid. He answered me that everything in the room is free, but if I order something extra, then I will have to pay for it. This was consistent with the absence of a price tag on and in the mini-bar. However, how surprised I was when I was forced to pay for every bottle of water I drank when I left. In total, they counted me 52 euros, saying that I drank 26 bottles of water in less than 6 days. It's fantastic. Beware of scammers!
OUTPUT. If you want to ruin your vacation, eat leftovers, stay awake at night and, as a result, be robbed by scammers from hotel management with a stomach upset, then you are here. Extreme and adrenaline guaranteed!
