The room is not new, the plumbing is old and shabby, the air conditioner did not work in the room (we asked several times to fix the air conditioner, but never received a repair), uncomfortable beds and mattresses, cleaning is done poorly. The hotel manager was rude to us, dismissive and arrogant towards us (especially Asians).

The hotel is located in the historical center of Istanbul (Sultanahmet district) within a 5-minute walk from Hay Sophia, Topkapi Palace. There are many cafes nearby where you can eat cheaply. The staff at the hotel is very good. Many speak Russian and English. The room is not big but cozy. The room has a fridge and a safe.

In the shower, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, soap, slippers. Breakfasts are quite rich and varied. The room has free Wi-Fi. The hotel is good for families.
