The room is not new, the plumbing is old and shabby, the air conditioner did not work in the room (we asked several times to fix the air conditioner, but never received a repair), uncomfortable beds and mattresses, cleaning is done poorly. The hotel manager was rude to us, dismissive and arrogant towards us (especially Asians). Because of this conflict, we had to move to another hotel nearby.
