At the reception, Daria (Russian-speaking) said that she would report everything to the cleaning service. We had to manually wash the entire room and how surprised we were that there was a lot of dirt (photo attached). That is, cleaning essentially tells the dirt in the middle of the rooms and that's it. Dust is not selected at all. We reported this to the reception. The show began when, after 2 days, they again washed the room and the child immediately began to cough when he came in. We called the reception manager and he turned on the fool that he did not understand what happened. His colleague front office manager arrived in time for him and also began to not understand what they wanted from them. A cleaning lady was sent and began to smear all the dirt on the floor with a mop. They were shown both a dirty rag and curtains, but they hastily left without solving the issues. I took fish several times, it’s not possible to eat it - it’s just raw !! ! Look very carefully, in such heat from such a fish can be a problem! The only thing left was the chicken. Which a week later it was impossible to eat! A few times there was also something like goulash. And that's it! Normal dinner was only twice a week. This is Friday - "White Party" and Sunday - "Turkish Night! " Only on this day there were 3 hot dishes, baklava and a large selection of fruits! So if you are planning a good and varied meal, you definitely do not come here!! ! Of the big minuses, I want to note the boorish behavior and attitude towards Beach Boy tourists! He never brought mattresses, he went all the time shouting at me and the child... don’t take it, don’t spill sand, don’t carry glasses, etc. One day, I just had to send him away! Didn't fit anymore. Another minus is the road to the beach, for us personally as a child it took 10 minutes. But believe me, walking at +35 in the scorching sun, uphill is very tiring . . Spent a lot of money for the entertainment of the child. (because everything in the hotel - a trampoline, carousels, cars, cotton candy, popcorn - everything is paid! I had to buy and take my child myself. Because the kids club is a complete disaster. On the second day, they came to meet us. met not a pleasant girl, with a rude voice - Tamara (German in my opinion). She shouted at the child so much that she completely refused to go to the mini-club! They are still somehow following the Turkish children, ours is completely ignored! I stood personally and saw how she yelled at a boy of five years old !!!
Summing up, I want to say. The hotel did not fully meet my expectations for a good stay! The bright impression was only excellent, warm sea and a nice room! Everything else does not deserve a rating of 5, and even more so for a five-star hotel with ultra all-inclusive service! We will not return to this hotel!

I really liked the wicker umbrellas on the beach, I looked at them in the photographs when I was choosing a hotel, and so under them I spent time on the beach, under the canopies, the population density is increased compared to umbrellas. There were always free sunbeds, both in the morning and in the afternoon. This year, from the very beginning of June, the water in the sea was very warm, wonderful.
On the beach, a bar with food is open until 16:00, with drinks until 18:00, there are also refrigerators with water.
Near the bar there is a playground under a canopy - swings, slides, a ship.
There are changing rooms, showers, toilets.
On the way to the beach, immediately after the bridge, there is a towel booth on the left, opening hours from 9 to 12, from 15 to 18.
4. Food.
I can’t say anything bad about food, I always had something to eat, but I don’t eat seafood, fish, so I didn’t notice their absence or bonyness. And upset by the lack of strawberries and cherries in early June, the berry season. I love desserts, I tried many different ones every day.
5. Room and cleaning.
Everything is OK, the room is spacious, two double beds, a sofa in front of the TV, the TV has a lot of channels in all languages, there is a USB connector, I watched movies from the hard drive.
If someone is talking on the balcony, and the balcony door is open in our room, then, of course, these conversations are heard.
The cleaning lady was hardworking, and for the first time she came on the first day at 14:00 (I remind you that check-in was at 12:30). The next day she came at 9 am, I said no, thank you, I hadn’t had time to get dirty yet. I went to meet with the guide, who said that if the cleaning lady came to you, and you said no, it’s not necessary, then that’s it, she won’t come the same day. My hardworking cleaning lady came the same day at 15:00)) After that, I finally began to use signs on the door. Cleaning was normal, towels were changed, once I got a swan with rose petals, bed linen was also changed every three days, toilet paper was given out in the right amount, liquid soap and shower gel were replenished.
The room has slippers, kettle, cups, tea bags. In the mini-bar water, pepsi, sprite, fanta.
5. Pastime.
This is the second reason the hotel was chosen. Sports, lots of sports, there is always something to do. Upon arrival at the reception, they give out a schedule of all activities for the week, A4 sheet on both sides. From 9 am to evening (with a break for lunch) there are some sports activities. Spring jumping, tennis, football, volleyball, fitness, yoga, aqua aerobics, water bikes, archery, group cycling trips for different distances, table tennis. I didn't go to animation.
This year, according to the sensations, 70% of tourists are Russians and Ukrainians. Few Germans, a little more Poles.
Wi-fi catches well in the lobby and on the beach, in the room (at least in my room) is very bad, one might say, and does not catch at all.
On the ground floor there is a spa, gym, hairdresser.

I would return to the hotel, everything suits me.
1. Location.
Not far from the airport (a little less than an hour drive).
2. Territory.
The hotel is huge, therefore, there are a lot of people, but the hotel has a large territory, so there are no crowds and crowds of people in one place in a small space. Even in the evening the restaurant is tolerable (distant halls are also opened).
3. Beach and sea.
The beach is long and deep. Good smooth entry into the sea.
I usually went down the stairs to the beach, up the path. As a rule, I went to the beach three times a day - in the morning, after dinner, and in the evening just for a walk.
I really liked the wicker umbrellas on the beach, I looked at them in the photographs when I was choosing a hotel, and so under them I spent time on the beach, under the canopies, the population density is increased compared to umbrellas. There were always free sunbeds, both in the morning and in the afternoon. This year, from the very beginning of June, the water in the sea was very warm, wonderful.
On the beach, a bar with food is open until 16:00, with drinks until 18:00, there are also refrigerators with water.
Near the bar there is a playground under a canopy - swings, slides, a ship.
There are changing rooms, showers, toilets.
On the way to the beach, immediately after the bridge, there is a towel booth on the left, opening hours from 9 to 12, from 15 to 18.
4. Food.
I can’t say anything bad about food, I always had something to eat, but I don’t eat seafood, fish, so I didn’t notice their absence or bonyness. And upset by the lack of strawberries and cherries in early June, the berry season. I love desserts, I tried many different ones every day.
5. Room and cleaning.
Everything is OK, the room is spacious, two double beds, a sofa in front of the TV, the TV has a lot of channels in all languages, there is a USB connector, I watched movies from the hard drive.
If someone is talking on the balcony, and the balcony door is open in our room, then, of course, these conversations are heard.
The cleaning lady was hardworking, and for the first time she came on the first day at 14:00 (I remind you that check-in was at 12:30). The next day she came at 9 am, I said no, thank you, I hadn’t had time to get dirty yet. I went to meet with the guide, who said that if the cleaning lady came to you, and you said no, it’s not necessary, then that’s it, she won’t come the same day. My hardworking cleaning lady came the same day at 15:00)) After that, I finally began to use signs on the door. Cleaning was normal, towels were changed, once I got a swan with rose petals, bed linen was also changed every three days, toilet paper was given out in the right amount, liquid soap and shower gel were replenished.
The room has slippers, kettle, cups, tea bags. In the mini-bar water, pepsi, sprite, fanta.
5. Pastime.
This is the second reason the hotel was chosen. Sports, lots of sports, there is always something to do. Upon arrival at the reception, they give out a schedule of all activities for the week, A4 sheet on both sides. From 9 am to evening (with a break for lunch) there are some sports activities. Spring jumping, tennis, football, volleyball, fitness, yoga, aqua aerobics, water bikes, archery, group cycling trips for different distances, table tennis. There are towels and water in the classroom; lessons in English.
6. Other.
I didn't go to animation.
This year, according to the sensations, 70% of tourists are Russians and Ukrainians. Few Germans, a little more Poles.
Wi-fi catches well in the lobby and on the beach, in the room (at least in my room) is very bad, one might say, and does not catch at all.
On the ground floor there is a spa, gym, hairdresser.
