We were in this hotel from 08/07 to 08/21/18 with a family - 2 adults and a child of 3 years. To repeated requests to fix the problem (they applied three times, specially brought to the room to make sure that this fact really takes place), they agreed, answered that yes, of course, we will certainly figure it out, but at the same time nothing changed from day to day. . . to the request to relocate - the answer is “there are no free rooms”, as a result, the room was still found after three days of problems with the sewerage (after hysteria with tears in my eyes)
Bad wifi. There are no rooms at all, the reception catches very badly. They know about the problem, they say "difficulties with the service provider" (literally)
The problem with sunbeds near the pool - although at first glance there are a lot of them, after 8 in the morning it is difficult to find 2 adjacent empty sunbeds. Vacationers occupy from 6 am. There are no such difficulties near the sea, but you don’t really buy there with a small child - the entrance is pebbles, the sea is restless, strong waves, and most importantly, the entrance to the sea is very sharp, three steps - and already a depth of 1.5 meters, Generally not for small children. Therefore, we swam mainly in children's pools - by the way, smoking is allowed there! For me personally, it was a shock to watch how adults calmly smoke nicotine both on their own and on other people's babies.

Number scam!! ! This simply should not be in a self-respecting hotel! The hotel has two buildings - a new one, with new furniture, plumbing, etc. , and an old one, with cheaper rooms. We initially decided not to save on vacation, so we bought a ticket to a new building with a sea view. What a surprise it was when upon arrival we were settled in an old house on the third floor without an elevator (this is important for a family with a stroller) in the 3-star category with a view of the roof of the lower floor. The room has shabby furniture, dirty bedspreads, sofas in incomprehensible stains... after we contacted the agency where we purchased the ticket and sent a photo of our room, a written answer came - this is some kind of mistake, demand relocation to a new building. It is not clear why we should spend our nerves on vacation and seek to get a room in the building for which we paid in advance and which should have been booked for us. In the end, nevertheless, they moved to a new building, the room there was really good. Only this happened after the tour operator TUI was threatened with a court on his return to Russia for non-compliance with the terms of the contract. Subsequently, when communicating with other vacationers, it became clear that this situation is quite common here, moreover, they will still try to prove to you that the rooms of the 3 star category and the 5 star category are identical and equivalent. This is a complete lie and disrespect!! ! Therefore, I definitely do not recommend the hotel. Not the first time we have a rest in Turkey and for the first time instead of good memories of the rest - such a disappointment and an unpleasant aftertaste.
