- Number. We had a room not in the main building, on the 3rd floor. With a pram and no lift, it's still a pleasure to carry around. There is very little light in the room (I'm talking about lamps)... it's dark like in the basement. At night, when the air conditioners are running, the light knocks out. The electrician turned on the machine for the first time. Then I turned it on myself. Ants pestered in the room if they left some sweets: juice, cakes, etc.

- Dining room: not enough clean cutlery. You can have 100. . 150 meters from the place where food is served to the tables, but they don’t have trays....all the plates are on hand. And let's say you need: first, second, drink and dessert. And if there are still children . . How many kilometers do you run from the table to the food back and forth to eat? As a result, the meal is stretched for 40-50 minutes. In addition, all dishes are covered with lids, and in order to understand whether you like it or not, you need to open and look at each dish... and everyone does this. As a result, eating more annoyed than pleased.
- Ice cream, which is distributed 1. . 2 hours a day strictly on time. That is, in order for you to eat it, you need to plan a certain time, breaking your relaxation. And everyone is rushing to have time to take it. As a result, the queue in the heat for 30 minutes. Mockery. The same thing happens with freshly squeezed orange juice in the dining room.... the queue for 20. . 40 minutes to drink it. We did not waste precious minutes of our rest to stand in this queue.
- Location: There are no markets or shops within walking distance of the hotel to pop out and buy fruit or souvenirs.
- Internet. In the 21st century, not having a normal Internet is trash and stop. People contact relatives, work, children cartoons. . . no. There is none even for an additional fee in the room. On the territory, the Wi-Fi itself catches....but everything is so dumb and works intermittently that you can’t even talk to viber or whatsapp with messages. Used my 3g roaming.
