It took 4 hours to get to the hotel from the airport because the driver did not know the way. In fact, the ride is 1:30. We arrived at 12 at night and we are accommodated in the main building, although we booked a bungalow and it was more expensive than the room in the main building. We said that we booked a bungalow, but we were offered to spend the night and resolve the issue in the morning. In the morning, when we arrived at the reception, we were told that there was no free bungalow, and this despite the fact that we arrived on April 28 and it was only the 3rd day of the hotel's operation after opening! There were still very few people. They said they would fix the issue tomorrow. We stayed in the main building for another day. So in the main building in the room it is not possible to sleep, the audibility is terrible, everyone who walks along the corridor gets the impression that they are in our room. The next day we are again told that there is no bungalow for us, I asked the guide Coral for help in resolving this issue. He approached the reception and they told him in Turkish: that in the Bungalow we will only accommodate Russia and Ukraine in the main building, but I understand Turkish and, of course, I tell him indignantly about this. They did not expect this and had to give in and give us our bungalow))

- Beach - The beach is large, the pebbles are large and it is very painful to enter the sea without special shoes, but the sea was clean and at that time still cold (April 28), the water was +17, so we swam only in the pool. They were clean and warmer than the sea))) Animation is very weak, but maybe for the better.
The child was delighted with the slides, but the water in the pools with slides was just ice cold.
- Bar - In the bar, the glasses were very dirty, the alcohol is local, but if you ask very well, then they get good whiskey and tequila from the bar. Belize is only a local spill, but there is.
