We had a family holiday in this hotel in May 2024. There were 8 of us. We chose this hotel based on reviews. Maybe I haven’t been to Turkey for a long time, about 4 years, before that I was in 5* hotels in Kemer and Belik, or everything has changed so much - Turkey used to take first place in food and service. Moreover, the hotel has a good 5!! ! 5 STARS! Well then you need to live up to these stars. Now, in order, everything is justified: first + there are no complaints about the rooms, it’s quite cozy, the furniture is normal, the territory is gorgeous, a lot of vegetation, fruit trees, that’s all. The first thing that immediately caught my eye from the first evening of my stay was that until the last minute there were dirty dishes and mountains of plates on the tables. Apparently there is not enough staff. And you still have to walk around a lot with a tray to find a free table; some sat down and ate at a dirty table, which was never cleaned, since there were no seats.
Here I want to clarify, there are places inside, but everyone came to breathe the fresh sea air, admire the sunsets at dinner, but alas. . And this situation with dirty dishes and lack of places continued every day, three times a day. FOOD!!! ! According to reviews, everything is so varied and tasty - well, who cares or in comparison. THE SAME thing every day, like it was fish day, and we were all surprised how fish could be ruined, everything was on time, monotonous, in sauce, chicken with feathers (turnips). Everything is without taste, or in the Turkish way. Probably the most delicious food. I was in a restaurant for 24 hours in a cave! . There was no grill, everything was in sauces, the chicken generally had some kind of aftertaste, it was always torn, on skewers, or whole, so it seems that it was then simply turned into a sauce. Anyone who cooks all the time will immediately understand this. Well, I don’t know why, maybe the cook is different, in the Sunrise dining room there was a slightly different menu, sometimes there was a grill there, and everything was more edible, we went there to eat.

Well, we laughed eronically about the staff - no one is friendly at all, and the waiters in the cave restaurant are also shouting, indignant that they do not understand the cleaning of the rooms, a bar every day. was not replenished, they left a dollar on the bed with a note - not a note, not a dollar, all the garbage was there, the bar was empty))) I had to call.

BEACH - here the question is more for vacationers, and for Turkish ones - there are cigarette butts everywhere, and on the beach, this is generally not acceptable, but by the way, along the hotel grounds, on the way to the rooms and there are few ashtrays, my husband carried a cigarette butt to the main square. Of course, I wrote a review while still at the hotel and the girl tried to assuage the guilt, but it was all useless, we all had an impression about the service and the hotels. WHO IS USED to hotels that belong to Europeans, or the main part of European vacationers, where the dinner is themed. something definitely tasty, I definitely don’t recommend this hotel.
