• The hotel itself does not pull 5 stars in its filling. Who was in real Turkish all inclusive 5 stars will understand me.
• The only Russian-speaking girl in the hotel, Elina, is very unpleasant to communicate with. He behaves rather rudely, rudely, pokes and generally does his job, rolling his eyes in displeasure. Perhaps the whole point is that I'm half her age, but this does not give her such moral rights. Communication remained dissatisfied, the mood is spoiled. Because I am a very polite person and for me this attitude of the hotel staff does not suit me.
• In general, receptionists are not very friendly in helping to resolve issues.
Of the good, I note the work of the restaurant, waiters and cleaners. The most friendly people who brightened up the holiday.
The final verdict is: call a spade a spade. Do not say that the hotel is 5 stars with its own beach on the first line, be honest with your guests. If we had known in advance about all the nuances, we would not have chosen this hotel. We won't be back, thanks for the experience.
