Отвратительно всё Everything is disgusting

The staff does not know Russian and English well, they work in a disorganized manner.
We booked a Family room, arrived at the hotel at 6:00 in the morning, the children were sleeping on chairs at the reception, at 12:00 they said that our room was not ready. And in the end: they gave us 2 one-room suites with a scandal. The rooms are dirty and not cleaned. Bed linen was not changed (it was torn, dirty). Towels are also not changed. There were 2 cleaners for the whole hotel, a woman and a man with a bucket and a rag walked around. The TVs didn't work, they were old.
The elevator works every other time. Only Kyrgyz people work in the restaurant, who do not know either Russian or English.
There was nothing to eat for lunch, we were left hungry, there was nothing to drink, the beer was sour. Have us, too, children on next day vomited.

The guests swore, complained about the hotel's service, they agree, this is not 5 stars at all. There was an unpleasant smell both in the restaurant and on the floors and stairs.
A lot of construction debris, the slides are broken, the passage is thrown with buckets and mops.
Dirty pools, bad smell. Go to the sea for 15-20 minutes through a dirty and smelly river with frogs, or you can get on some kind of kalymag, which goes there once or twice an hour.
The next day we moved to another hotel, on this day 15 people moved out of there, sort of like (several families).
We paid $150 extra for 5 people and moved out to Seher Report and Spa, also 5 stars, but you really feel it there, the hotel really turned out to be chic, I advise.
AND DO NOT HOLIDAY at Golden Imperial Resort, NEVER!!! !
