We rested in this hotel with my family (me, husband and child 7 years old). I'll start everything in order: we went with the tour operator Coral travel, in Turkey the host ODEON.
First, we were placed in excellent air-conditioned buses, where we met with the transfer guide, who, instead of starting a story about the country, people, customs, began to immediately sell excursions...

Once in the room, they were "pleasantly" surprised that the bed was without bed linen, pillows and bedspreads were piled high. The boy porter clicked his tongue and asked to wait a bit (the maid would come and fill it), the safe did not work (the previous tenants slammed it against the rules), I didn’t find a single towel in the bathroom, there were two bottles of shampoo on the sink and a box of soap (which was actually not in it, but a piece of cellophane was carefully twisted). The TV did not work, the minibar was empty.
We decided to leave our things with the hope of correcting the shortcomings in our absence. I left a request at the reception and with peace of mind joined my family, who, meanwhile, measured the depth of the turquoise pool...
Returning to the room closer to dinner, we were surprised to notice the virgin integrity (everything remained in its place).
After dinner, we decided to go for a walk and I again went to the reception to tactfully remind myself. They kindly nodded their heads at me, bowed out several times and promised to fix everything. !!!!!
In the morning, having caught the boy with the keys to the safe, I dragged him into the room by force and - a miracle! The safe works!!!
Barely survived the first night (the maximum temperature on the air conditioner monitor showed -30, but in fact it was about -10), having been washed out from stuffiness, we began to gather for an info-cocktail with our guide. In advance, while waiting for the guide, we decided as a group that we would not listen to about excursion program until the girl talks to the manager about eliminating the shortcomings... In general, the guide girl ran away from us with tears in her eyes (everyone was surprised that she had nerves) after the first question why the air conditioner did not work . After 5 minutes, the general manager came running and asked why she was crying. He asked her to accept all the shortcomings and claims from us and will fix everything in the near future!
The general manager, probably worrying about the nervous system of the guide, kept his word and we began to relax. . .
However, when he heard that many of them were not here for the first time and had already visited all the proposed excursions more than once, the guide girl evaporated, scratching her phone with a disgruntled face.

The bus goes to the beach every 5-10 minutes, there are no problems, but we often walked. Everything is fine on the beach, except for some people who behave like a pig: they bury cigarette butts in the sand, cups, etc. There are enough loungers both on the beach and at the pool.
The food is tolerable, the meat is really not enough, but it’s enough for everyone. From fruits - melons, watermelons, peaches, grapes, mangoes, pears. Lots of vegetables, seasonings, salads. juice, cherry juice, everything else is either chemical or diluted. The wine is unripe, sour.
The Turkish bath is good, saunas (simple and steam) are also on the level, the spa is generally a fairy tale...
Animation in four languages: Russian, English, German and Turkish. Well done guys, songs, live music, dances, games, sketches, karaoke, at the pool constantly before lunch and after, games, there is rifle shooting, darts, ball games, step aerobics, aqua aerobics.
