Good day to all. Before writing a review about the hotel, I want to say that we rested abroad for the second time (the first time in Egypt) and there is already something to compare with, and before writing I read a lot of reviews about other hotels and came to the conclusion that how many people are so many and opinions.
In Kratsia about the hotel where my family and I (me, husband, child 1.7 years old, and a child of 8 years old rested in July 2010
Resettlement. There were no problems with resettlement, everything was fast, efficient (despite the fact that before resettlement it was necessary to wait, if according to the rules, at least 2 hours)
The territory is green, well-groomed. The pools are clean. Lack of sun loungers both by the sea and by the pool did not notice.
The hotel rests mostly Germans, some Russians and Ukrainians. We are from Ukraine. There was no prejudice on the part of the staff.

The beach and sea are clean. The beach is very small pebbles, almost sand, but the entrance to the sea seemed too heavy for me because of some strip of pebbles.
Rooms. The rooms were cleaned every day, the bed was changed too.
Animation. For animation, I can’t say anything because we rested with a child and didn’t go to discos.
Animation for children. I think the big minus of the hotel is that the animation for children is only in German. All the same, not a small proportion of vacationers are tourists from Russia and Ukraine.
Gym. In the gym, all the simulators do not work, only the barbell.
And now about nutrition. It's hard for me to say something about food, because it's very difficult for me to get enough food at home (I'm not a gourmet), and what can we say about the cuisine that is far from Ukrainian. Most importantly, there was no poisoning. This is already a big plus for the hotel.
The second big disadvantage of the hotel is that the names of the dishes are in any language, but not in Russian. And the same food is more adapted to the audience from Germany.
It is very convenient that the restaurant has special tables and chairs for small children, as well as an "area" for children with small tables and a "special children's (french fries)" menu.
We did not go on excursions because the guides themselves did not recommend it because of the unbearable heat, and a small child could not stand it, they decided not to risk it. I would also like to add that all the staff are very tolerant of small children. Many thanks to them for this
