During the rest, the receptionists seemed absolutely not customer-oriented. I understand that there are many tourists with questions, but there are few of them, but this is not a reason to treat the client with disdain. We must remember that the hotel you have "5 stars". By the way, I even caught them on a little deception. Upon arrival, you are given a flyer for a free massage, and they explain - "for each family member (except for small children)". When contacting the spa directly, we were told that this flyer is valid for only one family member. I contacted the front desk for clarification. Calls, consultations, disputes among themselves began. I did not tolerate this "bazaar" and left, leaving them this flyer.
Once the child needed the help of a doctor who was in a hotel. We arrive at the medical office - closed. We knock, after 40 seconds, unlocking the door, a sleepy honey brother comes out.
Very few staff speaking Russian. Fully understood and spoken by 3 people in the whole hotel. This is extremely inconvenient.
The room was dirty!! ! There was dried chocolate on the floor, the floor of the balcony was not washed at all, there were sticky marks on the table, and there was a frozen puddle of fanta in the mini bar (in the fridge). The disco of the neighboring hotel could be heard much better than ours. I note that the hotel has very weak animation.
Wifi in rooms? Forget! Caught only in the far corner of the balcony and then the net for the staff. There is Wi-Fi in the Lobby. But the speed there is such that the video is played only in 144 quality. And this is not a problem of gadgets (tested on many). I approached the reception with this problem, to which I received an answer - “this is not our problem! ”.
In the dining room, 70% of dishes and cutlery are dirty!! ! Seating was often not available. Waiters and cleaners can't cope with a large number of visitors. Sometimes I had to sit at the table and wait for 5-10 minutes until a person comes to shake off the crumbs from the table and remove the dirty dishes left over from previous people.
And of course - disgusting alcohol!
Sunbeds by the pool need to be borrowed from about 9 am. If you come at 10-11 o'clock, you won't find free sunbeds.
Sellers of shops located on the territory of the hotel and photographers in the hotel are extremely intrusive. One salesman in a children's toy store angrily swore at us through his teeth because we didn't buy anything from him.

But there was not enough variety in the alternation of dishes. there were a lot of them and everything was very tasty! But on the 5th day everything becomes predictable and boring. You already know where and what lies and at what time.
Snacks. 1) snack bar at the pool. Shurma, fries, fried chicken, boiled corn and TD. + Drinks there. 2) a snack bar on the beach - you can have a tasty lunch with meat. Dishes are enough. Drinks are there.

I chatted with the guys at the lobby bar. My wife came and invited me to go to the animation. I quickly followed her - and left the phone on the counter. We got to the pool where I ordered cocktails and went with them and my wife to watch the evening show. But after a while, I caught on. I didn't have my phone with me anymore. Hat - I thought))))! And not remembering where he could leave it, he went first to the pool bar. And I tried to politely ask the bartender if the bar workers found my phone on the bar counter. This dude got excited and started yelling at me in English and Turkish. I called more waiters and three people almost went at me with their breasts. - There is no telephone. - Why did you come. -What do you need. In general, not pleasant. Or you could just say. POOL
There are even water slides. Mostly Germans seal on it)))) - Russians mostly go to the sea! Therefore, there are fewer people on the beach. What a plus!!!

One ala carte is free. We went for Mediterranean cuisine. Plus! - Everything was delicious. Minus! - The choice of dishes is only according to the list. Without the right to choose))) and waited for a long time, because everyone was immediately given the same dishes and waited until everyone was going to dinner, then until everyone finished eating one dish and moved on to the next, served politely.
