There are showers and changing rooms. On the beach there is a bar with drinks and a snack bar. In the snack bar you can eat at lunchtime: delicious pizza, tortillas, donuts, vegetables, meat, side dishes, fruits. From 13.00 to 16.00 there was very tasty ice cream. There was no intrusive animation. There was some music during the day by the pool. Perhaps something was in the evening, but we did not hear. The restaurant is large, there are queues at the restaurant, but the food was varied and plentiful. We have never seen anything end.
The food is no frills, but there were always several meat dishes and a couple of fish dishes. Greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, cabbage, cauliflower, mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant, peppers - fresh and grilled. Of the fruits were plums, pears, melon, peaches, nectarines, grapes, watermelon. There were always Turkish delight, halva, raisins, dried apricots, figs, waffles, cookies. And the buns are amazingly delicious. Sweets are many, varied, delicious. There is also a lobby bar and a pool bar with drinks. Drinks - as usual, no frills. One big drawback - always dirty tables and floors in bars, in the morning - dirty glasses on the tables. In general, I liked the rest. Of the vacationers, the majority are Russians, there are Ukrainians and Kazakhs. The hotel can be recommended for an inexpensive price.
The territory of the hotel is green, well-groomed, and quite large for this area. Clean huge park. The beach, I will not be mistaken if I say that it is the largest and the best when entering the sea. At least compared to the nearby, cooler hotels. The entry into the sea is smooth, soft sand, no stones! The beds are new and comfortable. It can be seen that the hotel management cares about the convenience of vacationers. There were no problematic issues. The staff is friendly and not intrusive. Yes, covid restrictions have added work for them, and queues for us, but for us this is even better. The dishes were always neat, and not torn apart by ill-mannered people and children. Well fed! There was always at least 3 fish and 3 meat dishes to choose from. Arranged seafood evenings (crayfish, shrimp, mussels). Cooked delicious. I can’t say anything bad about the kitchen, although I work in catering and see a lot) The food is up to the mark!

The room was nice, freshly refurbished and clean. Of the advantages of the hotel: rooms, territory, beach and sea. Of the minuses: this fat dude at the reception and food. The first day it seemed that everything was fine with food, but on the second day you realize that there is no meat from the word at all, some kind of offal, semi-finished products. There is fish, but it is impossible to eat it every day for lunch and dinner. My sister was poisoned by something at dinner on the third day of her stay and spent the day in a completely terrible state. This is the first time for us in many years of rest in different countries and hotels. In this hotel, most likely, you need to drink from morning to night and disinfect the body from the inside, so to speak. As do many vacationers there. We don’t drink alcohol, probably it’s not allowed there))) Sweets are also miserable, I have never seen semolina with syrup in different colors and variations under the guise of sweets.
In connection with the coronavirus, the staff puts food for everyone, and this creates queues and increases the burden on the staff. Well, our people, and in the hotel 95% of visitors are Russians and Ukrainians, they like to stand in line) 19:00 starts)) well, it’s lovely, just let ours stand in line)) It was a pity to look at the staff in the dining room and bars, the waiters run around there without rest at all, with black circles under their eyes. There, one employee can be a waiter, a cleaner, and a bartender, in the morning in the dining room, in the afternoon in a cafe on the beach, and so on in a circle. Sad story. They save at the hotel both on employees and on vacationers.
In general, the hotel is not recommended. The beach and sea are amazing. I didn’t do the massage at the hotel, because I didn’t like the very intrusive and stuffy Violetta at the spa. I don’t understand at all why I should tell someone something about myself, when I arrived and for how many days, if I just came for a beach towel. Just give me a towel and I'll go to the beach. So no, Violetta should give me spa services and massages, find out with whom I am relaxing and so on. Dumb scheme. If necessary, I myself will come up and find out all the questions that interest me about the services of the spa center. No need to impose.
Half of the hotel was not planted with greenery. Tasteless almost wooden fruits and watery watermelons, an extremely small selection of pastries and sweets. The staff itself is very polite, helpful, friendly. The sea is nearby, the beach is good, there is enough space for everyone. In the evenings, interesting show programs, I did not see animators during the day. There is a stop near the hotel, you can take a bus to Manavgat to the bazaar and shopping, across the road from the hotel there is a bazaar, a pharmacy and a small Migros store, which we could not get into due to constant queues. The hotel mainly rests tourists from Ukraine and Russia, there are few young people, mostly pensioners. I can not say that the hotel is bad, but it gave me mixed feelings. In general, this area of Chonakli is only for those who want privacy and tranquility. . .
The pool on the territory works one of two, there are no places on the sun loungers (but you can be on duty from the night to take a seat), also be on duty to take a queue for ice cream, as you will be idle for 30 minutes or even more.

We did not celebrate the birthday of the child!! ! Because it turns out that you need to order a separate Place in the restaurant. The representative of the tour operator and the hotel representatives did not warn him for this, although they included his birthday in the lists and sent a congratulatory letter. Attempts on the birthday to resolve this issue, and at least somehow congratulate, were ignored altogether. Blame it all on the restaurant. And the restaurant only for a day, the child cried as an adult man, next to him, was congratulated with a candle and a cake.
After there was a meeting of people who, like, rested in this hotel, (again) a foam party immediately appeared, the animators began to walk the streets, the hotel began to be cleaned. And the waiters at the bar, near the pool stopped walking drunk.
Bottom line... this hotel deserves only 4 stars with a big minus, because there is a green zone on the 1st line, everything else is just 2 stars. I will never go to such a hotel with my child!
