We were in this hotel in June 2018. We bought a ticket after reading the reviews. But in reality it's not like that! Unfriendly staff. They talk through their teeth. There is simply no cleaning. After the third appeal to the reception, all the same, a woman came, like she did the cleaning. Our room was in the 2nd building near the pool. Music until 2am! It is impossible to sleep with two children. And no animation! Neither adult nor child. Children are left to themselves. For lunch, I had to go to the beach through a field, not a garden with flowers, in the heat. There and back with children is very far and hot. The food for lunch is monotonous, not tasty. The pool is small, rubbish. Drinks are also not very good . . From the pros: Breakfast and dinner at the hotel are good. Also the ice cream is delicious every day. The beach is sandy and the sea was warm. Yes, another huge minus is the guide. Nervous, unfriendly . . At the first meeting, those who refused excursions were downright rude, spoke in a raised voice. That, they say, you came, but you don’t go on excursions. We would sit at home . . An unpleasant person . . Maybe something has changed this year . .
