My wife and I stayed at this hotel in June 2019. The tour operator advertised this hotel in every possible way. We arrived at the hotel at 10 am, checked in at 13:00. The rooms are nice, but there are a lot of cosmetic nuances that do not affect the stay. The main minus - Cleaning: the first three days were perfectly cleaned. Further, every day is worse. For the entire stay, they never changed bed linen, towels were changed every other time, soap was not added when asked. In the end, the apogee of the “chic cleaning” was that one day the employee simply covered the bedspread and that’s it, but they didn’t even bother to clean up the trash. Also on the balcony we found a tuft of black hair, which "sailed" when we washed the floor on the neighboring balcony??? ? I would like to note that my wife and I are not “pampered” and we ourselves can keep the room clean, but, excuse me, why can’t you simply throw out the garbage and pour liquid soap? We do not require you to clean the carpet with a washing vacuum cleaner, just perform elementary duties. After suffering for several days, they turned to the reception, after which a whole commission came running, which began to explore every corner in the room. Damn, that just looked funny. We have rested in Turkey many times in hotels of different price categories, but we have not seen such a disregard for cleaning. A couple of times they scored or forgot, I don’t know, to replenish the mini bar. The receptionist can sometimes forget about your requests.
Perhaps these are the biggest disadvantages.
The food at the hotel is varied - veal, seafood, pp-food, grill and a lot of delicious things, by the way, we did not remain hungry. The drinks in the bar are of good quality (no one got poisoned???? ), but, as stated that there are also imported drinks, we did not notice. The sea is good, noisy, warm. Sunset in the sea - small pebbles. It is better to take sunbeds from 09:00, because then there will not be enough space. Animation from morning to night, discos, sporting events, in a word, worthy entertainment. The territory is huge, plus you can use the benefits of the neighboring Starlight Hotel. Several pools, several slides. The hotel is not bad, but you should pay great attention to cleaning and attentive attitude to customers.
