At first we were given a room on the 5th floor (the room is small, stuffy. It looks like a promotional room), we refused it. They said no others, we turned to anex tour, they helped us, as the staff at the reception barely understands Russian. . . As a result, we were settled in a good room. The room has air conditioning, hair dryer, bottled water, there was also liquid soap, toilet paper. (There were no slippers, toothbrushes). The territory of the hotel is quite large, there are 3 swimming pools. 1 time there was a foam party in 12 days, I liked it. 2 times we rode in the pool from the slides, in the allotted time, but there was no lifeguard there, in other hotels we watched there is always a lifeguard who coordinates the movement of children. The water in the pools does not change, (plasters, dirt float, the cleaner washes the floor near the pool and rakes all the water there). You can’t find places by the pool, you need to take it in advance, so once you had to lie on the grass, everyone is on sunbeds, and you either don’t sunbathe on the grass.....The staff (bartenders, waiters, cleaners) understand Russian, the staff is pleasant. The food every day is almost the same, but the food is fresh. The dishes are dirty.... It took a long time to find a clean fork or plate. . . In this regard, they were poisoned 2 times. Apparently there is an infection, and they were poisoned at different times. The sea: sometimes clean, sometimes it has very different algae, always in waves, the children liked it. The sea is shallow, you can go far. Right on the beach you can have lunch (french fries, burgers, fruits, vegetables), there is also a bar. Animation is weak, on the beach they played only volleyball and 1 time in bocha. Children are not allowed on the beach. Evening animation: interesting, but lasts 45 minutes. And it repeats itself every week.
