We rested at the end of June. Check-in went without problems. The room was not big, but clean, everything was whole and worked. Every day there were juices and water in the fridge in sufficient quantities. I was surprised by two points: in a 5 * hotel there are no individual sets of toiletries, just three-in-one soap dispensers (soap, gel, shampoo) and the second point - a glass wall between the bathroom and the room with half-open blinds that were not regulated.

The food was delicious, in a larger assortment, but on the last day of our stay, cheese was laid out for breakfast, which, well, was covered with mold. It wasn't a pleasant surprise. The alcohol was only local although we had the UAll concept. A la carte restaurants were closed due to the quarantine. Also, due to quarantine, there was almost no animation.
The territory is not very big, everything is clean, well-groomed.
The sea is clean and warm. The beach is dirty, there were enough sun loungers with mattresses. Entry into the sea is pebbly.
In conclusion, I want to say: this hotel does not pull on 5 *, but the overall impression was positive. A hotel for those who love a relaxing holiday.

This is not the first time we are resting in Turkey, there is something to compare with. In general, the hotel is not bad, we had a good rest! Pros: rooms with a normal renovation (except for the nuances described below), not small in size, the food is not bad and in sufficient quantities (from seafood only mackerel or trout or grilled herring), they give pretty tasty ice cream during the day and in the evening for dinner, delicious gizlume , only local alcohol: vodka, whiskey, gin, raki, shamanic, baileys, beer, large main pool, beautiful and not small area, there is an evening show, bartenders and restaurant and canteen workers try to respond to requests and comments (if the remark is true does not apply to Turks who climb out of line), there is free Wi-Fi that works throughout the hotel (the speed is not high, but for correspondence in instant messengers, read the news, check the departure time, there is enough speed), there is also paid Wi-Fi.

To the right of the hotel, if you walk a couple of minutes, there is a pharmacy, the pharmacy worker is very attentive and pleasant in communication, the pharmacist, the prices in the pharmacy are normal and the dollar is not underestimated, you can order medicines on a prepaid basis (they give something like a receipt until the medicines are brought) if order today before 10-00, then they can bring it until the evening, if later, the medicines will be brought the next day. In the shop on site (near the pool) sweets, tea, spices at the price of shops around the hotel (if you bargain).
Cons: on arrival they sent for breakfast, and after that they tried to knock down 100 USD. for rooms with a side sea view, after my refusal to pay extra, they immediately gave rooms with a side sea view for free! In the rooms, in some places in the bathroom, the sealant was not evenly placed in the shower and near the sink, there are jambs on the wallpaper, slopes. There are stained carpets on the floors, they may forget to clean the room (although the cleaning sign is hanging) and on the contrary they went into the room to clean when the sign was hanging do not disturb, they forget to replenish water, juice, soap in dispensers when cleaning, shampoo and shower gel in the rooms are not it was generally possible to forget to put toilet paper (although the roll is running out) although the tips were left every day (in my opinion there was no point in leaving them). If you catch a cleaning lady on the floor and explain what you need, she will give you water with and without gas, juice and paper.
The sea was very stormy for the first 7 days, then it was calm for a couple of days, and in the evenings it stormed again, the sea was cool. The entrance to the sea is pebbles (it’s not comfortable to enter the sea without corals or aquashoes), it becomes very deep with small children, it’s very inconvenient to swim especially when the sea is stormy, in the water park on two slides when descending, joints are felt, bruises may remain on the legs, prices for things in the shops inside the hotel are overpriced compared to the nearest shops (although the store near the pool has sweets, tea, spices at the price of shops around the hotel (if you bargain)).
In the shops, when leaving the hotel, on the right (opposite the cemetery), an impudent seller of Turks of 50-55 years old came across, who, when you start bargaining with him, began to yell and be rude (although no one said anything offensive to him), of course, no one bought anything from him, he stayed very unpleasant aftertaste. Cleaning the territory and pools and watering the paths begins at 8.00-9.00 when many go to the beach, it is very slippery and dangerous to walk on wet tiles, and everyone is sprayed with automatic watering of lawns and flowers (why this cannot be done earlier is not clear). A la carte and kids club did not work. A special attitude to the Turks, who climb out of line (in the bar and behind the gizlum), the hotel workers do not react to this.
The rooms have a rather controversial decision between the bathroom and the room on almost the entire wall of the window, there are blinds that should be closed, but in some rooms they are broken and not completely closed, so you can see who is and what he is doing in the bathroom. If you live in 1 building with a side view of the sea and shops, get ready for constant noise, then garbage is taken out, then food is brought in, rumble and noise from carts that carry food and garbage cans, trucks, buses, then a mule from the mosque calls out early in the morning at 4.30-5.00 and also in the afternoon and in the evening, the Turks in the shops will turn on the music to the fullest, or turn on the music in the cars that are rented. Those who will live in building 1 with a view on the other side will observe the old cemetery. The hotel is on the outskirts, except for the shops near the hotel, there is nowhere to go. Have a good holiday everyone!

In the rooms of cosmetics dispenser with liquid 3 in 1, soap, gel, shampoo. Towels have already seen life (yellow, stained, with a not very pleasant smell)! But this is not the worst ...Noise isolation is absent at all, ie not only TV, screams, walls, but also simple quiet conversations of neighbors and the creak of their beds, and if you are lucky enough to get to the room from the mosque, I congratulate you, you won a bonus in the form of a loudspeaker from which every 2-3 years. cries the service (or as it is there in them). The food is the same every day, and there is really nothing special to eat (you will not stay hungry, but the pleasure is 0.00). There is no animation for both children and adults.
The beach pretends to be clean too, but bulls and other small debris all remain on the sand! The area is good, there are palm trees, shrubs, lawns.
The water park will probably still work, until the first serious injury, because in reality they are not familiar with safety at all (the hotel is not worth attention, the whole situation was saved by warm, beautiful, clean sea, but it is no longer the merit of the hotel

Stayed as a family of 2 adults + 2 teenagers. Taught by previous trips, they took two separate rooms instead of one family room (the children were placed together). I never pay attention to the star rating of the hotel, so 5-5-ke strife (there are for $ 300, and there are also for $ 3000). The Sultan fully justified the money we paid - for 4 adults $ 930 (with insurance against non-departure).

The Sultan fully justified the money we paid - for 4 adults $ 930 (with insurance against non-departure).
1. The rooms are clean, everything is working, stylish renovation.
2. The beach is beautiful!! ! There is a lawn on the beach with free recreational cubes.
3. Restaurant - enough food, no frills, but delicious!! ! For breakfast, grilled vegetables, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, tortillas, fresh vegetables, herbs, fruits, cheeses. Coffee (automatic). Grill meat for lunch and dinner, fish every other day. And every day eggplant (several different dishes)!
4. The staff is unobtrusive!!!
5. Mostly middle-aged people from Eastern Europe have a rest.
6. I won’t say anything about the animation - we didn’t go to the performances, we only heard music in our room.
The overall impression is great!
For that kind of money I would come back again and again!

The room is dirty, and not only. Wi-fi catches almost everywhere, BUT it is limited in speed (even the page is not loaded), you need to pay extra 3 euros per day, that is, there is no Internet. Reception - very rude, impolite answer. Alcohol - all drinks seem to be underwear. The food is just like in a restaurant.

Excellent service, staff speaks English, well-kept area, delicious food, great music during the day in the restaurant - all we need, Europeans. But music at an evening disco is just a nightmare! Prison Russian songs with obscene language all evening (after a few international melodies). The Germans, Macedonians, and Ukrainians sent a million outrages to the administration, to which they responded: due to the aggressive behavior of Russian tourists, who demanded DJs their music for 10 nights in a row, the administration decided to give in and arrange discos exclusively for Russian guests.

Only for the lack of international music in the evening and the bending of the administration for a certain part of the guests minus one "star".
It is very sad to see this in hospitable Turkey.

Rest was a success. The hotel was compact, everything is very conveniently located. The territory is beautiful, green, the paths are tiled everywhere, the rooms in our building (this is the main one) are large, beautiful, because the building is closer to the pool, there are smaller rooms. Most of all I liked the sea, no cobblestones, small pebbles, the beach is large, the sea is warm, clean, the water is clear, there were enough sun loungers on the beach for everyone.

Standard budget, no frills (such as different seafood for lunch, a clean beach or daily cleaning of the room and change of towels). Perhaps we were unlucky with the maid, she was a very elderly and plump woman who could barely walk and did the cleaning for formality. The coronavirus made its own adjustments to the food, namely, to the distribution by the restaurant workers, but at the same time no one was hungry. Just enough. The beauty of the restaurant has disappeared (as in the photo - tablecloths, napkins, which always gives solemnity), now there are just paper coasters, while the tables are wiped very rarely. Vouchers for two cost 26.000 UAH, so the hotel corresponds to its own money. I say this because we are not resting for the first time and there were 5 stars cooler, although not luxury.

We stayed at this hotel with 2 adults and a 14 year old child. Of course, this year everything is unusual, but we are undemanding tourists, we were very pleased. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and comfortable. Until August 10, there were few people. The hotel is clean, the room is comfortable, it is clear that the designer worked in the design - colors, shapes, everything is matched in color and tastefully.

The hotel is clean, the room is comfortable, it is clear that the designer worked in the design - colors, shapes, everything is matched in color and tastefully. The room is small, as for UAI, but in the room there is a double bed and a single sofa bed (although there was no place to expand it). The safe is paid (2 or 3 dollars a day - depending on who you get at the reception). Cleaning every day, water and juices in the minibar every day.
The food is good and varied, the buffet, like everywhere else this year - ask what to put on your plate and the waiter near the counter with dishes will serve you everything. A simple "thank you" in Turkish is nice for everyone; ) waiters in masks and gloves. Perhaps not a super choice with sweets, but again, do not forget about the features of this year. At the entrance to the restaurant, the temperature was checked, hand sanitizers are located throughout the territory.
The territory itself is very green, the gardener is constantly busy with something) There are many relaxation zones. Large swimming pool, small children's pool and a small pool with slides. As always. not all slides work (for some reason, we did not meet all working slides in any hotel). Lunch is not in the main restaurant, in a snack bar, in the fresh air. All bars are working, they baked cakes on time and distributed ice cream 2 times a day. As they say, you won't go hungry.
I really liked the beach - wide, a lot of sun loungers, everything is under a canopy, not under umbrellas, there are paid houses. From the 10th, a stream of tourists from Russia was expected (and it happened, many of them changed their hotels to our Sultan), the hotel administration did a great job, bought additional sun loungers and chairs at lightning speed. The beach is sandy with a transition to small pebbles. the bottom of the sea - small stones, we did not need corals. The sea is not shallow, but I didn’t really like the fact that there were constantly waves, there was never a calm for 11 days.
In the evenings - show of invited artists - magicians, dancers, Turkish night. But with the hotel animation is very difficult. Again, probably because of the peculiarities of this year. Turkish boys and girls are frankly weak.
The hotel is located in the village of Kyzylot, not far from Manavgat. The bazaar next to the hotel is aimed at tourists, as always, but it was partially open. in the evening there were practically no buyers, which did not prevent the sellers from aching huge prices) After August 10, they became more cheerful. And so around the steppe. We went dolmus (bus stop next to the hotel) to Manavgat to look at the waterfall, in Side - to the ancient city and Alanya.
In general, we are very satisfied with the rest!

Hello everyone, now I'm resting in this hotel, I won't recommend it to anyone, and here's why: 1. Star rating of the hotel. I was sold a 5-star UAI tour, in fact it's a good three or a stuffy four. There is no extra inclusive here, it's a regular all inclusive with the cheapest food and local alcohol, everything else is for a fee.

Hello everyone, now I'm resting in this hotel, I won't recommend it to anyone, and here's why:
1. Star rating of the hotel. I was sold a 5-star UAI tour, in fact it's a good three or a stuffy four. There is no extra inclusive here, it's a regular all inclusive with the cheapest food and local alcohol, everything else is for a fee.
2. The hotel is engaged in overbooking, they could not check me into the room upon arrival, all the rooms are occupied, I arrived at 9 pm, only at 1 am with fights I was able to get a room for myself, as some of the guests had moved out. I was not alone, there were half a bus like that, again, I was not the last to leave the room, many waited even further. The only solution that the hotel offered was to put two unfamiliar families in one room, isn't it a cool solution? Only those who had small children in their arms agreed, out of desperation, the children slept right in the hall. I, like many others, stubbornly waited for the number. My room was purchased from 1400, but strangely enough, at 9 pm someone else lived there, as it turned out later, the hotel practices a surcharge for the room for those who leave later, now it’s clear why my room wasn’t there, they just sold it twice.
3. A separate paragraph about the operator ANEX TOUR. In general, they threw everyone to their will, removed themselves, no apologies, they don’t respond to complaints, the guide who arrived in the morning, to the proposal to record this fact or somehow compensate for it, replied that we would not prove anything, no one would give any papers, rejoice that are generally inhabited. Therefore, upon arrival, we, with the victims of such lawlessness, draw up a class action lawsuit, the guide's name was Nazar (does not deserve to be written with a capital letter).
4. The very condition of the hotel, the territory. All the furniture in the halls, corridors, carpets, walls, in general, everything you see outside the room is dirty, flooded, don’t understand what, broken, worn, etc. , as I understand it, how the hotel was built, no one has ever changed anything, well, in five years and everything is worn out. Separately, I note that chickens and roosters run throughout the hotel, there is no aviary, they crap everything here, paths, benches, sunbeds, I don’t understand why the heck keep chickens in a five-star hotel on the territory, it would be nice if there were aviaries... well, there will be a rooster yelling every morning with the sunrise, do not sleep at all from the word. Until 2 a. m. , the music is hammering by the pool, and they themselves write that the music is until 12, at 6 cock, at 8 a. m. the music is turned on for breakfast, pray that your neighbors are not noisy, since there is no isolation, and communicate more quietly, everyone sounds like it's in your room.
5. Number. Very small, corresponds to three stars, all the bedding is stained, they don’t give soap and water, there are no slippers, no bathrobes, there are traces of careless repairs everywhere, well, at least they clean it up, and thanks for that.
6. Beach and sea. They promised sandy, but nothing like that, small pebbles, which are very unpleasant to walk on, take swimming boots. The depth is already two meters, the sea here in the kizilot is almost always restless, but I don’t care, I swim well, the sea is clean, there’s nothing to say. Separately, about sunbeds, there is not enough for everyone, the most cunning ones come in the morning, throw a towel, they say they are busy, and so they keep their sunbeds all day, probably if they didn’t do such nonsense, it would be enough for everyone, people are their own enemies, create problems out of nothing . Because then everyone tries to take a sunbed in the morning, even though they don’t use it, and the battle begins)))
7. The location of the hotel, a complete separation from civilization, for the money to go to Side for about 20 minutes, there is nothing in the area, two hotels, a cemetery and a couple of shops. By the way, some of the rooms overlook the cemetery, 100-200 meters to it. Really great? )
8. I forgot about the kitchen, the cheapest food you can cook, almost everything is tasteless, all drinks are Jupi, there are very few fruits and they are all so tasteless (like we have in winter), and I hope you will not be allergic to chicken, because you will eat it every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, once a week threw a fish or beef / lamb, but this will be extremely rare.
I put the lowest rating, because this is a complete deception, the absolute unwillingness of the hotel and the operator to fix their jambs and a complete disregard for the guests, the rest is ruined. I also recommend reading the negative reviews on the hotel, from year to year the same thing happens here, unfortunately I read it too late, I trusted the operator.
