To begin with, we booked a hotel in early May for October.
The requirements for the hotel were:
- affordable price,
- main building
- green area,
- Preferably Side area,
- sandy entry into the sea, a large promenade,
- calm sea.
The Sueno hotel just met these criteria.
We were in the hotel together at the beginning of October 2018. only one day out of 10, because chose to move to another because of the outrageous attitude of the hotel management towards customers!
The hotel looks beautiful, BUT with serious shortcomings.
Disadvantages:
1. The risk of settling in additional buildings (there are two of them) about which nothing is said in contact with tour operators.
2. The risk of settling into the rooms of the main building, located directly above a series of transformers buzzing around the clock, located along one of the outer sides of the hotel.
3. Meals that do not correspond to a 5* hotel.

The hotel has a main building, there are villas, and there are additional buildings (poorly adapted for a comfortable stay in a 5* hotel, more like a 3* hostel).
We booked and paid for a standard room in the main building at the cost of a 5 * hotel.
In this hotel there is always a risk of getting into these most unsightly additional buildings (they say that the hotel staff used to live there). This applies only to standard rooms. We got this option. That is, if there are two of you, or in a 2 + 1 group, you can get into such buildings: without balconies, with tiny rooms, in close proximity to technical rooms, with a hostel or 3 * hotel level, far from the main building and the entire infrastructure of the hotel , with soaring sewer smells.
We were shocked and outraged by the attitude of the hotel management towards customers, in particular, Mr. Mehmet (represented as a director), who claimed that the provided standard room in an additional building corresponds to the level of a 5 * hotel. He answered our arguments that they did not detain us and we could leave the hotel. This is the first time in 10 years that we have encountered such an attitude towards customers in Turkey.

The main hall of the restaurant resembles a dining room in Soviet sanatoriums.
Of course there is food in the restaurant. No one will die of hunger, and you can choose one or two dishes in a restaurant. There are always vegetables.
It's worse with fruit. They are, but in a limited range. Water was poured over the fruits from above, as from a waterfall, from which they did not become cleaner.

Have never been to a hotel like this before. This is noticeable in large groups of the local population, who occupy sunbeds on the beach for the whole day, screaming, smoking everywhere, eating on the same sunbeds. They look closely at the ladies. Those who have stayed in such hotels will understand what I mean.
4. Sanitary condition.
Not everything is clear here.
The room was clean.

But on the beach, the cabanas were not cleaned at all.
