Hotel with a beautiful, green area. Vacationers - 99% Russians. Family hotel. For kids, this is heaven. Family vacation with 7 year old daughter. They were very afraid of catching an infection and getting sick with something. But everything worked out! For this alone, I recommend this hotel. Now a little more:
Meals: 5. Very varied food for all tastes. There is also diet food. Sea of ​ ​ fruits. Ice cream, children's cocktails. Meat, fish, grilled, steamed, vegetables. Porridges, soups, pastries. A bunch of sweets. And what kind of croissants are there....mmm..... I recommend trying it. Good alcohol.
Pools: a lot of them, all clean! There is an indoor pool.
Sea: pebbles with sand. The water is clean. Nice pier. There were always enough sun loungers at any time.

Animation Entertainment: In the evening in the amphitheater every day a children's disco and performance. Interesting for both adults and children. After the performance or live music, or karaoke or something else. Entertainment until 12 at night. The hotel has a night club. There are many entertainments during the day: dancing, step, volleyball, water polo, crossbow shooting....You won't be bored.
Water park: very cool. Both adults and children were delighted. 9 slides. Tubs are enough.
Lunapark: so-so... but you can go a couple of times.
Room: cleaned every day. Not to say perfect, but ok. The air conditioner worked. There was a safe and a refrigerator. The refrigerator was constantly replenished with free water, phantom, cola....
In general, if not to find fault, then the rest is 5. Since the hotel is huge, there were small linings with clean tables. Wifi is weak. Near the hotel there is a network of shops. There you can buy sunscreen, all small things at reasonable prices. There is a pharmacy. So you don't have to take it all with you. It is better to take excursions not from a tour operator, it will be cheaper. In the same market and on the way to the sea, they are endlessly offered. We took an excursion on a yacht in Alanya. They didn't regret it.
