The hotel is not new, but still quite atmospheric. We did not notice any special minuses in the hotel, and we did not really try to find them.
The 2 bedroom family room with a shared balcony met our expectations. Children are no longer small, in the standard it would not be very comfortable. Cleaning was and that's it. I did not observe swans from towels, well... with them. We didn’t spend time in the rooms during the day, there was Wi-Fi at night.
The food did not differ much from other fives, and it’s not very objective to write about diversity: someone has enough, but I heard that someone was missing something. Once assorted seafood, once boiled crayfish. We ate mostly in the main restaurant. We ate at Anatolia a couple of times. For some reason, the food in Anatolia seemed to all of us tastier. In the bars you could find everything you wanted. The bartenders tried to pour everything Turkish, but if you order an imported drink by name, then there were no problems.

The territory is well-groomed, as elsewhere. Now a few words about this "if not for... ". For the second time in Turkey, cleaning near the pool, or rather its absence, has become a disappointment. At night, sun loungers are not folded, so it is not possible to clean the area near the pools with high quality. In the morning, between the sunbeds, there are always the remains of yesterday's life of the guests: crumbs, spilled drinks, sometimes cigarette butts. It was stressful. On the plane I talked with tourists from other hotels - the same situation. Probably lack of staff. . .
The animation team is rather weak, does not correspond to the level of the hotel. There was a feeling that the guys were not paid enough. The variety was brought by visiting artists and show programs. Volleyball, boccia, darts, archery and rifles - that's all the activities. It seems to be enough . . But the darts were constantly occupied by children of 10 years old, and the animators did not react to this. The volleyball court was maintained exclusively by tourists, no one equalized or sifted the sand. It remains to write about the dash. Dear Silense managers, don't. . . Don't install this service. Just burn that booth that you proudly called a shooting gallery. Such misery has never been seen before. The thatched roof was half-collapsed, the rugs worn to holes. A table from the 20th century is all shabby and flaky. Those who want to shoot stand constantly in the sun, there is no canopy. Everything is done in order to eliminate the desire to come here. And another highlight is the football field. There is simply no grass on it, and cars are parked right in the middle. This is probably the car of top managers...
There is only one conclusion - nobody needs it all. I have never seen such an attitude to the service provided in any hotel. Animators spend all entertainment within a radius of 20m from their booth. Even table tennis rackets had to be taken almost by force, because during the cultural appeal they said 3 times that they simply did not exist, and they did not know where. And all this time, rackets lay on a shelf under the table...
On the beach, the entrance is heavy, the stove. Corals solve the issue with a bang! We went to the sea after dinner, so there were no problems with sun loungers, quality towels were changed regularly.

Outside the hotel are tourist markets. Kizilagach is a very small village, we were here in 2007. Nothing has changed since then. Nothing to look at. Who does not want to spend their holidays passively - take care of excursions. And yet, in the direction of Side to tour operators, Kizilagac is mainly the last point. Therefore, be prepared that when transferring from the airport, you will travel around Side and its environs for a long time, and when transferring back, you will be picked up among the first.
If I knew that next year the attitude towards activity would be corrected in the hotel, I would probably recommend it to everyone, otherwise it’s better to come here for a couple of days. And even better, as the Turks do - they come for the weekend to laze around. By the way, avoid check-in on Friday. On this day, Turkish guests come en masse with all the consequences that come with it. Special thanks to the manager Natalia, who helped to resolve the issue with the settlement.
So, Silense, I wish you success and prosperity, but without us!
