Hello! Rested with family in the 2nd half of August 2014: . I’ll tell you right away about the negative aspects on fresh tracks after returning.
1. Room cleaning on "3-". For the first time in a 5 * hotel I met such a "quality" of cleaning. For all the time they cleaned 2 times, supposedly we ourselves refused. But the fact is that after 12 noon it was simply impossible to be in the scorching sun except for an air-conditioned room. In the morning from 9-12 we spent time at the sea, and then the unbearable heat and stuffiness began, so we went to the room to rest. At the most inopportune moments (I won’t specify which ones), the cleaning lady knocks (a few seconds) and enters, opening the door on her own, because there is simply no lock from the inside. And this continued throughout the rest with constant regularity. Cleaning according to the rules of the hotel from 9.00 to 16.00, but in fact the cleaning lady came at 16.00, then almost at 17.00. Cleaning consisted of changing towels and nothing more! The bath with a sink was never washed, they themselves walked around the floor for toilet paper, asking. The floor (covered with carpet) has never been swept or vacuumed. Pebbles, scattered from swimsuits (after big waves), continued to roll on the floor for several days. True, the bar was replenished daily (another "boy" came already).
2. Service in the dining room. The very first visit to the dining room was spoiled: after finding a free table (not cleaned), they called the waiter to "seat" us already somewhere. To which he phlegmatically brushed the crumbs and leftovers of food with his hand onto the floor, and on the table stained with some sauces, he put forks and knives with the same hands. I don’t know what influenced it (perhaps there was an outflow of vacationers), but by the end of our holiday, table setting and table cleaning did not improve much: they laid clean tablecloths, laid out cutlery..... Although I don’t understand why not put them in self-service trays?

3. My husband had a birthday during this period of rest. I approached the "guest-relationship" in advance and clarified whether it was possible to receive congratulations from the hotel in any form. It was promised: fruit and wine in the room, at dinner (it was necessary to come exactly at 19.00) a table beautifully decorated with flowers and a cake with an inscription. As a result, the following turned out: returning from the sea to the room after dinner, a sad picture awaited us: a mess in the room due to towels that had accumulated over 2 days, which had not been changed, and we were forced to throw them on the floor. It was already 15 hours when my husband left the room and at that time I called the "guest-relationship" with the question "have you forgotten anything? " After 5 minutes, a "boy" came with 5 fruits on a plate (as in the dining room) and with a bottle of wine (to taste, as in the dining room), put 1 glass and left. Apparently, it was only the birthday boy who had to be in splendid isolation for his DR! )))) Next, we came to dinner at the indicated time, for a long time in her "scribbled papyri" the manager of the dining room was looking for our room number. Okay, they sat down at a table decorated with flowers, and EVERYTHING, attention to the birthday boy Oh! No elementary proposal to pour water into glasses at least, no congratulations from the waiters (usually they clap their hands and sing a song))), no promised cake with an inscription!! ! Waited 1.5 hours! So they spat and left. (((
I watched a picture at the next table: a Turkish family was sitting, there was an ordinary dinner, but the waiter kindly served "his own", poured wine into glasses, brought new ones on a tray, etc.
In general, this claims to the hotel end. I hope that these moments will be taken into account by the hotel management, which will significantly raise the rating of the hotel.
In general, the impression and the rest were wonderful, despite the attitude towards the Russians, maybe not the worst (I would call it "smiling indifference")! There are a lot of Turks, and indeed a lot of people, which at first makes you nervous, but then you get used to it. Beautiful sea, beach, territory, varied food.... and the rest is in our hands! I recommend this hotel to everyone and wish you a great holiday!
