First I want to tell you about the hotel. The hotel is good and definitely worth the money. We are the fifth time in Turkey and have something to compare. The staff is friendly and does everything to help guests; the rooms are cleaned every day; the food is tasty, but not very varied, for example, when we were there there were no cherries and lamb, there were always fish dishes, as well as a large selection of veal and chicken dishes (everything is delicious! ).

The beach is clean and the entrance to the sea is smooth, so the water is very warm. A feature of the hotel is its multi-tiered structure (beautiful views and territory), as well as a large number of bars with a large selection of drinks and cocktails (especially cool cocktails are made in the lobby bar). Evening shows were weak (last year at AKKA all the shows were amazing, but here not so much), but every evening there was live music in the Duden-bar. In general, we liked the hotel and I recommend it to everyone. BUT ONLY, FOR GOD'S SAKE, DO NOT CHOOSE Anex Tour. I have never seen such a disgusting attitude towards tourists. We flew through Kyiv and it started with the fact that our flight was postponed for 8 hours and we were forced to spend the night in a hotel. Already in Turkey, I witnessed how tourists who came from the water park almost swearing spoke with the hotel manager of the anexa, who sold this excursion to them. They didn’t like her much, but the child felt bad and they made claims to him because, as I understand it, he persuaded them to go on this trip. However, the manager impudently began to say that everyone likes it, but they apparently were not lucky. I was still very surprised why the manager is rude to customers. But then I realized that this is such a manner of communicating with the personnel of the annex. When our flight was rescheduled again for 6 hours (twice rescheduling the flight is already too much), the hotel manager grinned at me and said that rescheduling flights is normal and we should not be upset. Not only was the flight from Turkey postponed by 6 hours, but also the baggage check-in was more than TWO HOURS. What they were doing there is not at all clear. We ran and boarded the plane 5 minutes before the planned departure, and the plane stood for another 40 minutes and did not fly anywhere. As a result, a whole day of rest was stolen from me, I was forced to rent a hotel in Kyiv twice and there is no compensation for this. I started to make inquiries and it turns out that Anex now often transfers flights not only to Turkey, but also to other destinations. Therefore, be careful when buying tickets, because Anex Tour can ruin your holiday experience. I suggest to all who have suffered from the actions of Anex Tour to act and seek compensation.

Of course, upon arrival at the hotel, things were completely different, namely: free freshly squeezed juice cost $ 7 per glass, there were only three a la carte restaurants in the hotel and we could only visit one, and then standing in line for an appointment for about an hour, in the bars had cheap Turkish liquor, there was not even a hint of partially imported alcohol. By the way, there was a group from Yekaterinburg at the hotel, they had the same bracelets and just everything included, and such a number of days of rest and vouchers cost 12 thousand rubles cheaper, taking into account that they had to fly further, and they ate and drank the same as we did !! ! but they did not take vouchers to Natalie Tours! Further worse! Our hotel guide Anastasia Shepeleva, at our first meeting, tried to sell us excursions, we bought something, and then realizing that you couldn’t squeeze anything more out of us, she disappeared forever. We didn’t see her at the hotel anymore, and she had to be at the hotel every day at the appointed hour! As usual and as we were assured in Natalie Tours on the eve of our departure in the afternoon, information about our departure should be posted on the Natalie Tours board, but it was never there! Already at 22:00, our nerves could not stand it and we went to the reception desk to find out what was the matter and what time they would take us to the airport. As a result, we dialed a guide from our mobile and it turned out that Shepeleva was no longer working, and they didn’t have time to transfer information about us to the new guide! In short, the madhouse is resting! Upon arrival in Moscow, we wrote claims to the agency, but received formal replies that we misunderstood everything and sorry! Now we are preparing the docks for the court. Draw your own conclusions, we made our own.

Animators are just class, Russian girls are doing great with children, evening shows are different for two weeks, all are interesting. The beach is excellent, sand and smooth entry. Young people may be bored in the hotel, but there are many places around where you can have fun. The contingent is mostly old Germans and multinational couples with children. The French, the British, the Dutch and the mass of unidentified nations, there are few Russians, there are Kazakhs, too. the territory is immersed in greenery, even in the heat there is where to hide.
