I was very tired and my head hurt, so I paid them a bribe and they put me in a room from which I could see a small piece of the sea, right opposite the neighboring building was located, just a "great" room! I saw how the Germans are settled, for them the best rooms to choose from, and there is always plenty to choose from! But we are second-class, despite the fact that we, like the Germans, paid for hotel accommodation and for all services the same money, without discounts for second-rate! And no, I didn’t swear, I didn’t quarrel, I wasn’t rude to anyone, on the contrary, I politely smiled.
The next day in the morning meeting with the hotel guide from Anex tour Rafik, in the hope that maybe he will help change the room. Naive! This Rafik told for a long time what kind of father he is for tourists, how he tries to do everything possible for them for their comfortable stay! He said that those who paid a bribe to the reception, that fool and pest, because. corrupting hotel workers. He said that he is Rafik, almost the most important in this hotel and he can do anything! But as it turned out, Rafik can and can, something, but only for those tourists who bought excursions from him, if you didn’t, then you are an empty place for Rafik and all his beautiful words about how correct and honest he is, nothing more than an empty shaking of air.
Okay, Rafik is clear, but the hotel's surprises aren't over yet. In the canteen, otherwise this food establishment cannot be called, there were dirty and broken dishes, dirty cutlery and cups !! ! What is it like ? In a hotel that positions itself as a 5*? ! Yes, that's how many stars they have near the name of the hotel! Well, even if it is 4 *, but I have not even seen this in 2 *! It is difficult to say about the quality of the food prepared at the hotel, because. poisoning can also be obtained due to dirty dishes, but the fact remains that many people have been poisoned, including me. The food, in terms of the number of dishes to choose from, is not bad, except for the fact that most of the dishes were spicy and for those who cannot eat or do not like spicy, there is not much choice for such people. There are a lot of sweets, but from my point of view, most of the cakes and pastries are not tasty, but this is for my taste. There were enough fruits, but they were not always fresh and ripe, but you could choose. The cleaning of the tables was a blunder, but this was the fault of the management, there was clearly not enough staff in the dining room to clean. And the chefs who were cooking on the open veranda with such expressions on their faces as if the tourists present personally robbed them and beat their relatives. Here there are dirty baking sheets stained with old fat, and even the cooks themselves, if the product has fallen on the floor, they calmly pick it up and put it in a common pile.

To be objective, I must say that the cleaning of the hotel is good, bed linen and towels are changed on time, detergents and toilet paper are replenished, this is a complete order. The mini bar is replenished on time.
The beach is also generally quite good, there are enough sunbeds and mattresses for everyone, there are no problems with this. A van goes to the beach, almost on schedule, but it takes 5 minutes to walk there.
I have complaints about the reception staff, the hotel guide and the hotel management. To the guys from the reception for a boorish attitude, even when they were paid, they behaved disgustingly, to the hotel guide Rafik for empty boasting. The owners of the hotel seem to have set a hotel policy where guests are divided into two grades. Dirt in the dining room is not acceptable, but for the owners (management) it seems to be normal.
I expressed my opinion about this hotel. Maybe someone liked it here and maybe everything was great for them, but for me it was as written. For me, Turkey is forever crossed off the list of countries for holidays.
