The hotel is very good, although the territory is small. But there are 5 pools, some other water entertainment for children. We had a small child with us, less than a year old, and she also liked everything: we played on the playground, in the children's pool, at the sea, eat ice cream.
I work all the time, and the Internet was even in our room and caught it perfectly in the morning (although the reviews wrote that even in the lobby it is not always available). Everything is there! In the morning I managed to download everything and send it directly from the room, and the rest of the time we rested. Apparently problems with the Internet for those who do not know how to organize their time.
There are a lot of Europeans in the hotel, yes, they smoke a lot, but all the smokers are mostly near the pools, and we were mostly at the sea, so this did not bother us. And the sea is excellent, clean and warm.
The food is very good, as in all fives.
Reviews said there was no children's menu. In this case, I do not know what the children of such mothers eat. There were boiled vegetables, mashed potatoes, meat and fish, which you can safely feed children. Ours and soups ate perfectly. The restaurant has a blender to make fruit puree. Yogurt is given all day - add sugar and feed the baby. We even have a bottle warmer. Also for lunch and dinner, pasta and fries for those kids who grow up on chips. Nobody will be left hungry.
The sea is not close, but the service goes there very often. Beach towels are changed for 50 cents - but this is not a problem for someone who goes to five stars.
The contingent at the hotel is good - mostly Europeans, do not thump and are not rude. There are enough children, but these are European children, so everything is very adequate. The staff is attentive. There is Feride at the reception, she speaks Russian. The rest do not speak and do not understand.
In general, if you have chosen this hotel, well done, enjoy your stay!

+ and the rest I liked everything, a lot of entertainment for both adults and children, several pools, the room was cleaned every day, the food was good, only there were few fish (we only ate french fries, cucumbers, pizza), there is a bus on the sea ( back we walked, not far at all) on the beach sand!
Thanks to the animators Vika, Anna, Sergey, they translated and explained a lot to us, and of course every evening they held a mini disco for the kids, the children were delighted! Yes, I would like to have discos for adults, but for some reason they didn’t hold them, maybe because there were few people, back in early May (
