We were looking for a small, cozy hotel, without animation and loud music. When we checked in, we were shown two completely destroyed old rooms, but at 2:00 a. m. they didn't really want to hear us. So, we were given a cramped old room for three (they ordered for two), the refrigerator (rusty and dirty) did not work, and the door was glued with medical plaster. The room is quite dirty - sticky pens, dust with hair in nooks and crannies, a stained table, a dirty toilet (I had to clean it at night with an antiseptic and a napkin). The wall next to the bed is peeled, and the bed is directly under the wall, without a passage. Towels with stains. However, at the meeting with the guide, he agreed to change the number. Out of gratitude, I will not describe the shortcomings, they are purely technical and do not affect the rest. Although the lock jammed several times and it was not possible to open the door without a crowbar (we were waiting for a local craftsman).
However, it was not possible to have a quiet rest - the music is pounding in the ears, you can not dream of a day rest, the hotel is small and there is nowhere to hide. The windows also overlook a rather noisy road. It turned out to be an unpleasant surprise that there is no smoking culture, everyone from parents with small children to Arab women smokes everywhere. Again, due to the small territory of the hotel, there is nowhere to go. It was constantly necessary to change either the dining table or the resting place. Even in the room on the balcony, this stench was disturbing. I had to run to the sea on foot in the heat, because the shuttle to the beach is only in the morning and evening. And this is almost 1 km up!
In terms of nutrition: we were not hungry, modestly, however, tasty (it is better to wipe spoons and forks). But, we went in the season of fruits and Mediterranean fish. In the dining room there was only watermelon with melon and an apple (only in the evening). And there was never any fish. Take this into account if meat is not your thing.
Personally, it was difficult for me. By the way, there are no shops nearby where you can stock up on fruit.
Also, those with children or the elderly, keep in mind that if you are placed on the 4th floor, the ventilation in the elevator does not work, it is very hot. And on the day of our departure, the elevator, in general, broke down. I had to make several runs to carry bags and suitcases.
Regarding the excursions that were offered to us at the hotel (our guide, a local), there were many "pitfalls" due to which there were unplanned expenses and disappointment. We were promised zip. line through the canyon, but it turned out that this is not the well-known run that we were told about, but only a 100-meter zip line. And for that big zip. I had to pay $70 for the line. Also, it turned out already that for a walk in the mountains on the slopes you need glasses and a bandana, which will be offered to you there for €4, but when buying an excursion at the hotel, not a word is said about it.
It became very sad when it turned out that no one was going to cook the fish caught by the daughter and other fishermen (the fisherman was part of the excursion), although the guide promised it.
Among the good things: tasty vegetables, good desserts, there is always something to eat; at the reception they will try to help you (especially if you know Turkish), there is a very nice guide from Ukraine who sincerely helps in solving questions; sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool and on the beach, shuttle service to the beach.
I hope that this review will help someone in making a decision about staying at this particular hotel
