They settled us quickly, the room was normal, well, somewhere at 8k. Cleaning daily, everything was fine. But the single biggest minus is the entrance group. The food here was good. There were often themed days a week. When it was the day of Turkey, they even called some cooks, they cooked very tasty food. The animation was good, but the kids club is just terrible. The hotel grounds were nice and well maintained. But it would be possible to change the paths, since there was paving stone and just painted, it's terrible. It takes about 15 minutes to go to the sea, the beach is clean and there are always enough sunbeds. The children liked everything here, the slides are good. We focused on recreation for children.
Bottom line: we were sorely lacking in music and animation. Boredom, even a wolf howl. If you "shove" a couple of active animators with microphones and music into the hotel, if you wash all the rooms and tidy up at least every other day, then the hotel will not even be bad.
And lastly, I will add: there are very few rooms with a terrace. The rest without balconies and terraces. This is also a minus.
Special thanks to the animation team (Fariza and Vika worked with children, as well as animators for adults Vitya and, unfortunately, I don’t know his name - we called him a yogi - he arranged a fire show and walked on broken glass and nails). They were great, you can see they love what they do.
The staff is polite, hospitable. The food is quite varied.
Not only meat. But we were not upset, there was a lot of chicken and delicious fish. It's bad that Wi-Fi caught in the lobby every other time, I had to use mobile Internet. And everything is wonderful
