We arrived at the hotel at 5 am, at the reception they said that there were no places, but if you want a view of the pool, pay $ 30. Didn't pay, why? We waited for breakfast in the lobby, had breakfast, went to relax by the pool and wait for check-in. After dinner, they settled in a room with a view of the mountains, which is better, because there are no extraneous sounds (cars from the road, screams / music by the pool, mosques), so why pay?
The room is cozy, the bed is large, the bed is clean, but the ceiling and wall in the bathroom are flooded, so the light bulb over the washbasin did not work. She asked me to fix it, but everything remained as it is - it blinked constantly, apparently in no other way. The maid was friendly, cleaned well, replenished the mini-bar, changed towels.
Towels on the beach killed in stains, holes with an unpleasant smell.
The beach is clean sand, with sunshades and sunbeds in sufficient quantity. The sea is clean and warm. Transfer to the beach - a bus without windows with large cracks in the seats, but went regularly, the driver is attentive.
The restaurant has long queues for food, it is difficult to find a free table with a clean surface. There is a lot of meat, fish, vegetables, few fruits. On the last day, they were poisoned by something incomprehensible, so they didn’t take anything except mineral water.
The animation is very weak and primitive, more designed for children. Once there was a show program with a performance of a folk ensemble and karaoke, and so boring and despondent.
There was a misunderstanding with the guide, which is apparently practiced with all tourists. They asked where to buy souvenirs, sweets home, he promised us a free transfer to shopping, where we were deliberately taken to a jewelry store, a textile store, and then to a supermarket with unnecessary goods. As a result, we lost a lot of time and mood for the whole evening.
The room got 1312 on the third floor right above the reception, and it was a fat minus. Buses with tourists drive up every day and all night, the engines do not turn off, noise and rumble can be heard even with a closed balcony. Tip: rooms should not be taken with a view of the surroundings (land). And yet, on this floor, a rather lazy maid cleans up, dirty dishes on a table near the elevators stood for a whole week. The towels were changed every day, but the bedding not once in a week. The bathroom and shower still washed well. She also stole a jacket I forgot when moving from one room to another.
The hotel has no territory at all, you can sit near the pools or the stage, but there is nowhere to walk, take a walk. The hotel is located almost on the outskirts of the village, there is nowhere to walk to the right; to the left, towards the center, a large clothing market, pharmacies, markets. Animation only for children, a couple of times there was an entertainment program.
Now the pros. Free Wi-Fi, free safe.
The room is bright, comfortable in content, everything is conveniently located, the beds are excellent, the linen is of good quality. The mini-bar was filled daily with mineral and drinking water, phantom and cola. They constantly put tea, coffee, cream in bags. Everything worked in the room, the shower with good pressure and water temperature regulation, the sewage system also worked well. The shower room had soap and shower gel + shampoo (2 in 1) in dispensers, disposable nail files, caps and ear sticks. The air conditioner worked quietly, all the time. The furniture in our room was old and in good condition. The balcony has a towel dryer, two plastic chairs and a table.
There were no queues in the restaurant, even in the morning for scrambled eggs or pancakes (maximum 2-3 people). Food tables are conveniently located. There were quite a lot of people, but somehow everyone was located in 4 rooms and on the terrace by the pools. Tablecloths are always clean and changed along with cleaning dishes. There are tables for 2.4 and 6 people. Furniture and upholstery are solid, but not pretentious colors, have a dull look.
There was always very fresh and varied greens (parsley, dill, cilantro, arugula, leafy salads), vegetables and fruits (watermelons, melons, apricots, bananas, medlar, apples, pears, tiny nectarines, kiwi, grapefruits, oranges and very sour plums ). There were Turkish delight, dried apricots, figs, raisins. Several types of cheeses, olives. Different salads from vegetables and combined (I did not take salads). From meat fried, steam and grilled: quail, turkey, chicken, beef. I took only beef tongue and grilled turkey, everything was deliciously cooked. But I ate fish, dorado, salmon and others unknown to me and fried and steam were super. Tuna was in any form, but I don’t like it, I didn’t take it. Once there were sushi and boiled crayfish. Delicious yoghurts and jams. Lots of pastries, but few types of delicious baklava. For breakfast, milk porridge: rice and oatmeal; pancakes and donuts were all edible, delicious. There were no freshly squeezed juices. In coffee machines (in the restaurant, and in the lobby bar, and in the beach bar) all day there was excellent natural coffee (espresso, latte, cappuccino, americano), a variety of tea bags. Always and everywhere you can take a bottle of drinking water. Ice cream was free of charge in the bar near the SPA from 15 to 17 hours very tasty, but the queues were regular, 5-6 people; released very slowly, and recruited more than one little thing.
And most importantly, the beach. I timed it, if you go to the sea - then 8 minutes, if you return, downhill - 12 minutes. But a calm, measured walk. Every 15-20 minutes there is a bus without windows going back and forth, very comfortable and not hot. Toilets on the beach are poorly cleaned, t / paper is often missing. The toilet, shower and changing cabins are located behind the bus stop in front of the beach bar (and it would be better vice versa), we had to use the facilities of the neighboring hotel. The beach bar is good, at lunchtime it’s quite possible to have a decent meal (and not a snack), gozleme is baked, but there is a queue behind them. Water, sprite, cola, beer, coffee, tea - in any quantity from 10 to 17. The beach is equipped with good awnings, comfortable sunbeds and in sufficient quantities. Garbage pots were not always cleaned in time and by the evening they were overflowing. We came to the beach at about 10 o'clock, and after lunch at 15 o'clock. (there are plenty of free sunbeds) and were located in the second row from the sea. There were always places on the first one, too, but there were mostly mothers with children. Practically 3-4 rows were occupied, the remaining half were only partially. From the sheds to the sea 15-20m. The sand is clean and orange. The entrance to the sea is gentle, after 5-7 m it is already possible to swim. Scooters, boats floated, but somehow they didn’t interfere, there was no smell from them and there were no rainbow stains either. The sea is amazing!!!
I will not give recommendations, the taste and color...., but I myself will go again with pleasure, I really liked the beach and the sea, for which I went.
In general, the impressions of the rest are good, the sea was warm, we swam every day despite the gloomy morning clouds and a little rain. By 10:00 the breeze dispersed the clouds, at 10:30 the sun was shining, and at 11:00 it was already hot and dry.
About the hotel - I was glad that the hotel is brand new and there was no maintenance or construction in it. The rooms are basically standard-room, clean, plumbing is all alive. The furniture both in the room and throughout the hotel is solid, strong, not intrusive. The water in the pools for both adults and children is not heated, but perfectly clean. The territory is regularly cleaned, which cannot be said about the views around the hotel - mountains of garbage and dilapidated buildings. At sea, he regularly drove a bus without windows. The hotel staff absolutely does not speak either Russian or English, even at the reception desk, but it is excellent in Turkish and German. This is explained by the fact that Russians and Ukrainians are 10-15%, the rest are Germans, they have all the attention, honor and respect, and we, second-class, accidentally lost, communicate in sign language. The restaurant is good, the choice of dishes is decent, everything is delicious, but the grill sucks. For children, a good kinder club and a playground, but the animation for both children and adults is in German. I was very pleased that the all-inc included both drinking water and a minibar, otherwise with a price of 2 euros for a half a bottle of water, you can go broke.
Some bewilderment was caused by prices on the market, frank overpricing and speculation, and no bidding, a maximum of 2-3 euros, again, everyone is waiting for rich Germans and Russians who are not bidding. In Egypt, bargaining is a real theater, but here - go further.
Finally, about the tour operator - Biblioglobus | NEWS TRAVEL - arrival in Antalya is excellent, seated on buses and hotels.
But the girl accompanying the guide tried to tell the history of the country and Islam, but obviously did not understand the things she was talking about, she got confused all the time. And on the day of departure, in general, the bus to the hotel was late for 30 minutes, before departure 3 hours, and still go 70 km, check-in and inspection. But on the way there was still a "technical" stop near the "baited" store for 15 minutes, and rubbing about coupons for a 5% discount on magnets. On the words that we can not have time - no reaction. As a result, everyone at the airport was running, everyone was on their nerves, there were queues everywhere, they barely made it.
And so everything is fine, already at home.
