I have no doubt that these plums are being "cleaned", but then we came to the CLEAR sea. . Leonid promised to help and disappeared.... He didn't care about anything other than selling tours. . One girl bought a tour to Alanya with us - when she returned she spat for a long time - she stayed in the fur coat showroom against her will and spent the whole day on the bus collecting 2.5 hours of fellow travelers for the tour and after 2.5 hours carrying them. The soap dispenser in the shower didn't work.... shower faucet was broken off. . . at night we were bitten by insects very painfully. . more painful than a mosquito bite. . . still bites on the neck hurt and itch. . . BED BUGS? I saw photos of bed bugs in reviews of this hotel.... I was afraid to catch myself. . The key to the room was constantly demagnetized for us and for the neighbors on the floor.... the big elevator didn't work, it was being repaired, and the second smaller one stopped 30 cm short of the required level. Claimed ice cream in the hotel was missing. . . the animation is lame. . . The canteen is the canteen. . . very poor choice of food. . the first day is chicken and fried fish.... the second day - only fish for lunch and dinner. . . and now, under one of the pieces of fish, a live cockroach jumped out. I invited the waiter - a minute later the chef took the dish away.... And for the same cost in Sharm, guests were fed more impressively. And they had a drink card for guests and cocktails interfered with them. When we began to order different cocktails in a bar in Serenity, visitors were surprised by the assortment. Obviously, all the money saved is spent on the construction of a new hotel under construction in the neighborhood of Serenity of the same Sunshine chain.....So the dream came true and we spent the last two days in the hotel we chose on the recommendation of our friends vacationing in it in October 2016. Before departure, they asked us to wake us up at 6 in the morning (by knocking on the door... the phone did not work) they asked if you could have a lunch box - we are leaving without breakfast. We were offered to choose food for the road in the canteen. What is there to take? took a cookie for coffee in the morning and fried onion rings. There was nothing to choose from and we returned to the room like a bullet. . . There was an unfamiliar young man in our room. . . all bags are open. . . open closet.....he wanted to see the phone.... WHY IN OUR ABSENCE? We were at the reception 5 minutes ago. . . they knew we were there.... The husband began to resent at the reception with difficulty she took him away.... we had an early morning bus to the airport and didn't have enough showdowns with the police. . . we would have missed our flight....
