I bought a ticket from TUI (well done, they chose a hotel with me for a long time and solved all my questions). Special thanks to the director of the travel agency "Turpraktika" Ekaterina, for an individual approach to the client. Now I will write my opinion in detail.
Check-in - we arrived at the hotel at 9-00 and we were immediately settled. A huge plus, considering that the child and I were on the road and did not endure the flight very well.
ROOM - and here I realized that this is what the hotel bribed me the most))) corridor, living room with kitchen (large refrigerator, air conditioning, two sofas, kitchen table + chairs, coffee table, chest of drawers) and a huge balcony (table + chairs ), a spacious bathroom (everything worked), a bedroom (two beds, a wardrobe, a table + makeup mirror, a bedside table) and again a balcony! Number on the area of .2 apartments... well, it is very convenient for the life of three for 14 days.
FOOD - delicious, everything is always fresh (even salads), fruits (we personally ate watermelon all the time), Turkish sweets, fresh herbs (large selection) and vegetables. In the snack bar during the day I make hamburgers, pasta and delicious gozleme!! ! This is the first hotel where my son ate gozleme))
SEA - it is gorgeous, warm, affectionate, good and even entry into the sea (it's just gorgeous with children). Small sand. Sunbeds were always enough and at any time. Shuttle to the sea runs on schedule. There is no food on the beach, but drinks are free (water, fanta, sprite, cola, coffee, hot chocolate). We left for the beach immediately after breakfast at 9.30 and back at 12.30 we didn’t need food! We came to the sea to swim, and not eat 24 hours a day.
SERVICE ON THE BEACH - the beach is equipped with an outdoor shower and a closed shower (where you can change clothes), there are toilets (always clean), a bar, they sell freshly squeezed juice ($ 2-3 depending on what kind of fruit) take a lot of haggling))). The shuttle has never let us down.
STAFF - attentive, trying to please and solve your issue (to be honest, I didn’t even see this in the top five). I think the secret is that the hotel is not big and family. The owner of the hotel himself monitors everything, tries to fix everything.
BAR - open until 23.00 free of charge. There are alcohol - beer, wine, martini, vodka, Belize, gin, crayfish, whiskey. From drinks - water, fanta, sprite, cola, juices, tea, coffee. Water can be poured into bottles and taken away with you (ask at the bar and they pour you). We drank martinis and raki + fanta.
TERRITORY - small, but there is everything! Two nice pools, water slides, soccer field, relaxation areas (areas with tables and chairs where you can sit). Spa, lots of pomegranates, figs, olives, lots of flowers. We loved the area with our kids. The location of the hotel is good, quiet! Walk to Side 10 min. (there are pharmacies, waikiki, bazaar, migros).
The cleaning of the room is good, they try, they always made the bed)) since we did not have time... We washed the floor.
In the evening after 21.00-23.00 DISCO.
In connection with the pandemic, the world staff is wearing masks, hand sanitizer is everywhere, clean, all norms are observed. Of course, it is unusual that everything is made of plastic cups and the distribution of food by staff, but these are not the rules of the hotel... These are unfortunately the rules of world sanitary standards.
