Having read the reviews before the trip, I expected something incredibly terrible... But as practice has shown, it all depends on the attitude! If you, having paid 20-30 thousand for a tour, want the whole world to be at your feet, you certainly do not come here! My husband and my child (10 years old) and I went to see a country we had never been to before, and we got what we wanted. "Tez-tour" is an excellent operator, we spent most of the time on excursions and are very satisfied. The problems of tourists with the hotel, if they arise, always help to solve the hotel guide, who is there daily in the morning and evening. But we didn't have any problems either.
We arrived at the hotel in the morning, around 9 o'clock, before checking in for a long time, but 10 euros solved the issue instantly - we were settled in a room 2 + 1 on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. Cleaning had, of course, to wait, but it did not bother us. Yes, it is far from the sea, but we knew about it when buying a tour. We walked along the road past the ruins, the bus station and the fire station, sometimes we rode the hotel bus... I think that people who describe the horrors of what is happening are greatly exaggerating - maybe not very convenient, but not deadly))
The only negative thing for me on this trip is our tourists… People, well, you can’t behave like that!! ! You paid a penny for this trip, and you don’t have to pick your food with a twisted face and whine about how bad everything is! Go to another place where there are about 5 restaurants and where round dances will be led around you... From Moscow and St. Petersburg the trip cost you much less than me from Novosibirsk, so why build a royal person? The food is normal, vegetables, chicken, fish, rice, sometimes potatoes, delicious soups, fresh bread, fruits (oranges, apples, plums, watermelon) and of course soybeans in a large assortment. With cleaning, the issue is also solved easily - you explain to the maid what exactly you want from her, give a dollar, and everything is cleaned, washed, cleaned, and they come to you every day, even if you no longer give money. The staff at the hotel is normal, friendly... maybe because we treated them normally? Few people thought about us that we were Russians)))

The animation, although monotonous, is present, we liked the fire show very much, and the children's disco is fun, although always the same. There was water gymnastics in the pool, volleyball in the same place. The child is delighted with the slide and the pool, and in general from the hotel. By the way, there were quite a lot of children. No evil chef beat anyone on the hands (I read in someone's review that he beat), the problems of the lack of alcohol did not bother me, I didn’t go to get drunk, but as far as I know, there was always beer in the bar. The director, of course, is an unpleasant personality both in relation to the staff and in relation to tourists, a Mercedes was regularly present across the entrance. But I have no complaints about the staff - the guys are trying very hard and do not rest at all. Just treat people with kindness and they will answer you the same!
So the hotel is quite normal, no need to be afraid of it! )
