“Rested” with my wife from July 9 to 16.2012. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were told (it was at 20.30 although the room was paid for and confirmed for us from 12.00) that there are no available rooms now, so the only option offered is until 11 am the next day, to settle in a two-room suite with a family of three who arrived on our own flight, including a 5-year-old child (they, in turn, were offered to live with us by the hotel administrator). Even $ 15 invested in advance in the passport did not help. All further conversations with administrators and requests to them did not lead to anything. As a result, the five of us were brought to the room, which by that time had not even been cleaned (further, the whole “cleaning” type was completed in 2 minutes). There was no air conditioning in one of the rooms in this room. My wife and I had to occupy this particular room, respectively. The air temperature outside at that moment was at least 30 degrees with strong humidity, indoors - even higher. To the indignation about the lack of air conditioning, the administrator received a response - “open the interior door and everyone will be fine and cool. ” The request to give us at least a fan remained unanswered. The mood was completely ruined. After the "accommodation" got acquainted with our roommates. At least they were lucky in some way that evening - they turned out to be good guys, and the uncorked purchases from duty-free contributed to acquaintance, as well as a minimal cheer up. As a result, my wife and I had to sleep on unsorted narrow sofas without pillows. The door to the next room (according to an agreement reached with our neighbors) had to be left open, otherwise my wife and I would definitely have boiled from the heat.
The next morning we were nevertheless settled. The provided room was cleaned poorly: there was dirt and dust on the floor, the smell of either mold or sewage came from the bathroom. But a working air conditioner and the presence of pillows on the bed, after yesterday, dulled the desire to demand normal conditions. By the way, when meeting with the guide from the host travel agency, we told her about our settlement. In response, she could only offer to write a complaint against the hotel (they wrote it and handed it over the next day - what's the point? ). At the same meeting with the guide, we found out that we were still lucky with the settlement! The woman present at the meeting with her daughter, who arrived on the same day with us, but earlier, due to the lack of free rooms, were taken away for almost a day to some kind of, according to them, “bedbug”, in which they were simply afraid to be. In the future, we have heard similar stories from hotel residents about problems with check-in. Maybe the hotel administration has such an approach to all those who have arrived, so that later there would be no desire to make claims to standard rooms?
Now about the services offered by the hotel on an all-inclusive basis. In the only bar of the hotel there were carbonated drinks (there was only Fanta one evening), highly diluted powdered juices (such as Yupi), water of incomprehensible quality, tea and coffee (did not try), beer (absent for 2 days during our stay), sometimes appeared dehydrated local vodka. All.
The hotel's restaurant can not be called a restaurant - it's more of a dining room. There was not much variety in the food offered: vegetable salads (slightly different from each other), boiled pasta, rice, occasionally potatoes, cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplants. The hotel's beach on the sea is located 1.5-2 km from the hotel. The first path to it (on the right) runs past the city dump, the second (on the left) is better and, as it seemed, shorter. In the morning, there are buses from the hotel to the beach, which are difficult to get into (at least on the first one, at 9.00). many who want. We went to the sea on foot, several times accidentally entered the buses on the way back to the hotel (although at this time, at 18.00, the bus from the beach was not announced at the hotel). But the administrator (perhaps the director, the owner) is happy to show everyone his Mersedes СLS 350, parking it right at the entrance to the hotel and blocking the free passage.
These conclusions are also confirmed by the fact that during a trip on an excursion, my wife and I talked with vacationers living in another hotel in Side, also 3 * (but without a plus, like in Aria! ). They have completely different conditions, based on their stories “day and night” with ours. They, in turn, were horrified by our story. Although my wife and I have something to compare with, we previously rested in different places - we have never seen such a disgrace anywhere. We went to Turkey for the first time and after this trip, we probably won’t want to go to this country again at all.
I wrote this review to warn those who want to get a good rest from the mistake we made when choosing a hotel (we made the decision to travel suddenly, based on the opportunity that appeared, and there was no time to choose options in advance). Do not spoil your holiday - do not go to this hotel!
“Rested” with my wife from July 9 to 16.2012. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were told (it was at 20.30 although the room was paid for and confirmed for us from 12.00) that there are no available rooms now, so the only option offered is until 11 am the next day, to settle in a two-room suite with a family of three who arrived on our own flight, including a 5-year-old child (they, in turn, were offered to live with us by the hotel administrator). Even $ 15 invested in advance in the passport did not help. All further conversations with administrators and requests to them did not lead to anything. As a result, the five of us were brought to the room, which by that time had not even been cleaned (further, the whole “cleaning” type was completed in 2 minutes). There was no air conditioning in one of the rooms in this room. My wife and I had to occupy this particular room, respectively. The air temperature outside at that moment was at least 30 degrees with strong humidity, indoors - even higher. To the indignation about the lack of air conditioning, the administrator received a response - “open the interior door and everyone will be fine and cool. ” The request to give us at least a fan remained unanswered. The mood was completely ruined. After the "accommodation" got acquainted with our roommates. At least they were lucky in some way that evening - they turned out to be good guys, and the uncorked purchases from duty-free contributed to acquaintance, as well as a minimal cheer up. As a result, my wife and I had to sleep on unsorted narrow sofas without pillows. The door to the next room (according to an agreement reached with our neighbors) had to be left open, otherwise my wife and I would definitely have boiled from the heat.
The next morning we were nevertheless settled. The provided room was cleaned poorly: there was dirt and dust on the floor, the smell of either mold or sewage came from the bathroom. But a working air conditioner and the presence of pillows on the bed, after yesterday, dulled the desire to demand normal conditions. By the way, when meeting with the guide from the host travel agency, we told her about our settlement. In response, she could only offer to write a complaint against the hotel (they wrote it and handed it over the next day - what's the point? ). At the same meeting with the guide, we found out that we were still lucky with the settlement! The woman present at the meeting with her daughter, who arrived on the same day with us, but earlier, due to the lack of free rooms, were taken away for almost a day to some kind of, according to them, “bedbug”, in which they were simply afraid to be. In the future, we have heard similar stories from hotel residents about problems with check-in. Maybe the hotel administration has such an approach to all those who have arrived, so that later there would be no desire to make claims to standard rooms?
Now about the services offered by the hotel on an all-inclusive basis. In the only bar of the hotel there were carbonated drinks (there was only Fanta one evening), highly diluted powdered juices (such as Yupi), water of incomprehensible quality, tea and coffee (did not try), beer (absent for 2 days during our stay), sometimes appeared dehydrated local vodka. All.

When we figured it all out, the road to the beach began to be a pleasure, because it took exactly 3 minutes to go.

9 A separate topic is the dining room. It's a canteen, not a restaurant. It is located on the street, under a tent. More or less blown place in the center, near the pool, on plastic tables and chairs. In order to take places there, one had to come at least half an hour before meals and actively guard the chairs, which are sorely lacking. We met a couple (with whom we spent the night on the first day), which made the task easier. They took turns at the table.
10 Now food. All 7 days we ate sticky unsalted pasta, to which ketchup was offered from sauces in a 2 liter bowl, it is not known how long it costs in 40-degree heat. Of the meat during this time, they gave chicken 2 times (they gave out 1 piece per hand), 1 time nuggets. There was never a fish. Everything else is soy patties of various shapes. Sometimes they were so spicy that it was impossible to eat them. There were no sweets at all. From fruits: sometimes oranges in the morning, for lunch and dinner, watermelon. ALL!!!
11 Of the alcoholic drinks, only beer, and for 2 days there was none.
