From now on, I will select only such options for a sea holiday. In general, the territory of the hotel and food are its strongest points! Just super! The service in the restaurant and bars is not bad, but the downside is that the staff does not know Russian or even English at all. hardly understands the language. I often had to express myself with gestures. Omar, Valeria and Mina work at the hotel reception and for booking a la carte. These are the most beautiful guys, charming, responsive and, in my opinion, they are the pride of the hotel! Low bow to them and gratitude! I had a problem, I fell and they helped me a lot, thank you! Medical assistance was also provided quickly and well, but as my friends now tell me, it is not very professional, since a person with a head injury needs to be laid on a couch and kept on ice until an ambulance arrives. However, I sat on the doctor's chair for more than an hour and waited for an ambulance, and for some reason the doctor put aside the ice that the guys from the reception gave me. The place of the fall is a very big risk for the hotel and I recommend that they, in order to avoid fatal cases, still protect this platform so that people sitting on a stylish, three-legged chair do not tumble their heads back against the high curb with sharp tips behind them. And it is not clear why the hotel administration did not even go to this place after the incident and did not put things in order in that place. And when I returned from the hospital after more than four hours, there were still traces of my blood, this ill-fated chair and my things were lying around. . . Room service is not bad, but twice had to be reminded that we had no water and not cleaned. The guys from the reception quickly responded to these requests and everything was fixed. And they are big smarties! Animation - more suitable for the elderly or people who want complete relaxation. We didn’t like the fish a la carte, we left 15 minutes after we took the first samples. The general restaurant is much tastier! Overall, the food is amazing! There is no karaoke there, there is just an opportunity to go online and select a song, the words of which will be displayed on the screen, but for this you need to type the name of the song on your computer.... And karaoke lasts only 1 hour and is not available on all days of the week. The beach is not clean, dry leaves and sticks are lying around. . . but it is comfortable because the sunbeds are located far from each other and people are not close, which means there is the possibility of relaxation on the beach. The pier is very poor, tiny. The room is beautiful, stylish, in good condition, with beautiful lighting. Hammam prices at the hotel are double those of our hotel guide. . It's a bit far from the airport, so I'll keep this in mind when choosing a hotel, I don't want to waste time on the road. Considering the case with the fall, I also understand that it is better to take tours in larger villages, where there is a hospital and you don’t have to wait hours for a car to arrive, because it’s not safe. . . In general, I liked the hotel. The beauty of the greenery conquered and the guys about whom I wrote above were pleasantly surprised.
