the hotel really does not pull on 5 stars. no round-the-clock food and drinks. cleaning is superficial. there is no territory at all, everyone is crowded together, you can’t retire on the territory, just like walking around it. the hotel is literally "shoved" between two neighboring hotels. there is nowhere to walk in the evening, only along the path to the sea or 1 km to the lake and at least to some kind of civilization for souvenirs. Cocktails interfere clumsily and the faces of the waiters are not always satisfied.
