I want to write right away that we will remember the rest in this hotel for a long time. Unfortunately, in a negative color. I strongly do not recommend choosing this hotel for your vacation if your priority is the safety of your life and health!
Of all the advantages - this is a large comfortable room with a side sea view, new and high-quality plumbing, free air conditioning in the room, free internet in the room and throughout the hotel. This is all.

In fact, this review could have been positive, but since 06/22/2021 Turkey has been open to our neighbors - citizens from Russia. The leaders of this hotel apparently decided that they should take "their own" and squeeze it to the maximum due to the lack of tourists during the lockdown period. In general, greed worked, and the hotel was completely filled with vacationers! But at the same time, these same leaders did not appreciate their own capabilities or did not consider it necessary to deal with such a trifle. As a result. . .
There was not enough staff: they did not have time to cook, they did not have time to clean the tables, they did not have time to clean the rooms, etc. There weren't enough places to eat in the restaurant. What was going on in the restaurant - you should have seen it yourself once. No one was wearing masks anymore, vacationers were also already putting food on themselves. We somehow asked for buns, so they were served to us with bare hands instead of what was supposed to be - with food tongs. I gave them back to that restaurant worker. So he answered me that he is a chef, so he takes everything with his own hands - he can do everything !!!
There is no compliance with generally accepted measures against COVID-19 in order to save the life and health of vacationers!
They were so unable to cope with the flow of tourists that they received that they even closed the restaurant during dinner and did not let anyone else in, because. there were no places.
I also want to note that dinner is until 21.30. We returned to the hotel from the tour at 21.00 and there was no food in the restaurant. We were told that all the food was over! Cool!
This is us resting in a 5 * hotel on the ultra all inclusive system.

There were also not enough sun loungers and places on the beach for all vacationers. For a place on the beach, they are almost ready to fight with each other. They removed all the small tables and put the sunbeds so close to each other that, of course, there is no question of any distance. The beach worker, at the request of the vacationers, wore sunbeds and installed them where they asked, and it doesn’t matter that there are already sunbeds on which there are vacationers, they put them right on the heads of others! Terrible service! Someone gets up early in the morning to take sunbeds closer to the sea, and someone comes at 11.00, gives a dollar to a beach boy and gets a place by the sea and almost on the heads of other vacationers! On neighboring beaches, nearby hotels, there are no such problems. There are places and free sunbeds on the beach!
Large stray dogs roam the beach, lie down near sunbeds with tourists and swim in the sea. Nobody is chasing them.
As far as I understand, the open sea is here and therefore there are always waves on the sea. They just happen to be small and sometimes they are big. In general, the sea is calmer than with big waves that knock you down. The entrance to the sea is a pebble. Then there is a rocky sandy bottom in the sea, on which not everyone can walk barefoot, besides, the bottom is not even, it is immediately deep. This is along the sea.
We used to rest in another country in hotels with small star categories, but we received much better service and a more friendly attitude from the hotel staff!!!
The food in the restaurant is extremely consistent. Who can say - every morning they gave fried eggs - so they were always undercooked !! ! How can you ruin such a simple dish? They don't seem to know what an omelet is! They were given extremely rarely and together with tomatoes. There were more tomatoes in this omelette than eggs!
Room cleaning was very mediocre. There is a tea set in the room - tea had to be begged from the maid. Water was also provided, but even here the maid managed not to deliver water to the minibar. Everything had to be checked for her.
The hotel does not care at all about the preservation of the life and health of vacationers in today's time of a pandemic!
Separately, I also want to write about travel by buses that run to the nearest cities. Count in lira. The fare is 5 lire per person. Moreover, if you have dollars or euros, then in this case the fare will cost 1 dollar or 1 euro per person. Course: 1 US dollar - 8.5 lira, 1 euro - 10.3 lira. Imagine, we gave the driver 1 euro for two, so he said that we need 2 euros! I took the euro and gave the driver 10 lire. You should have seen the expression on the driver's face!!!

On excursions. Our meeting party was FIT Holidays. We bought tours from them. I do not recommend this company! If you have the opportunity, then buy excursions from other companies! Below is a description of the tour we bought from them!

Tour of the Green Canyon. We were told that the departure at 14.00 to 18.00-19.00 the tour will end, i. e. We will be at the hotel for dinner. They said the tour was very easy.
And in fact. . .
When we were picked up and we drove to the canyon, it really took about 30 minutes. Then it turned out that neither the guide Victoria nor the driver knew the route and brought us to the abandoned yachts on the pier, from which no one takes tourists on an excursion. You will not believe, but the men who were on these yachts laughed at us out loud!! ! Our bus has already left! We stand in the terrible heat and wait for the bus to come back for us! For you to understand, the road is steep and serpentine!
The bus picked us up and took us, in the end, to the right pier. But what is happening? We were put on a yacht, and we are standing at the pier and not going anywhere..... Until the vacationers began to resent. And then they took pity on us and said that we would go around the district while we were waiting for 44 more tourists! Everyone was in shock! As a result, the tour of the canyon began only at 17.00!! ! We were just waiting for other tourists for an hour and a half! I understand that we arrived at the pier at the wrong time due to the fact that no one knew where to go, we were late for an earlier flight of the canyon tour. Nobody waited for us and they just left. This is clear!
To all our indignations, I received just a "brilliant answer" from the accompanying guide Victoria: "Speak all questions and dissatisfaction to your hotel guide !! ! It was he who sold you the tour, not me! ".
But that's not all! Okay, the tour started at 17.00 and ended at 19.00.

Further, instead of taking us to the hotel first (we were the last to be picked up from the hotel), 30 minutes drive. We were taken to all regions for 2 hours and brought to the hotel penultimate at 21.00. For two hours we suffered in the bus, in which, moreover, the air conditioner did not work and everyone was almost suffocating!!!
And on top of that, they still didn't have dinner!
We began to resent where we were being taken for an hour. The guide told us that, at the request of other tourists, she was the first to take them to hotels! What is it like? There is a certain route that is always followed!!!
To be honest, this is the first time I have met such a swine attitude towards vacationers!
